4-29 “Throw all negative thoughts out of your mental constructions”
--------------------
> Throw all negative thoughts out of your mental constructions. Lose all pessimism. Release all doubts. Reject all fears. Discipline your mind to hold fast to the original creative thought.
>
> When your thoughts are clear and steadfast, begin to speak them as truths. Say them out loud. Use the great command that cal s forth creative power: I am. Make I-am statements to others. “I am” is the strongest creative statement in the universe.
>
> Whatever you think, whatever you say, after the words “I am” sets into motion those experiences, call s them forth, brings them to you.
>
> There is no other way the universe knows how to work. There is no other route it knows to take. The universe responds to “I am” as would a genie in a bottle.

In Conversations with God, it is said: “Throw out all negative thoughts.”
This teaching can be seen as a practical way to “create yourself” in daily life.
1. Let go of negativity
Consciously dismiss any negative thoughts that arise in your mind. Thoughts such as “It’s impossible” or “I might fail” are chains that bind you. When pessimism or fear appears, practice telling yourself, “I don’t need this now.”
2. Value your first inspiration
A positive idea or hopeful thought that suddenly comes to you is a seed of creation. Do not doubt it. Hold on firmly to it. You may even write it down in a notebook.
3. Speak it aloud
When your thought becomes clear, declare it out loud. Say, “This is who I am,” or “This is how I wish to live.” Speaking it gives your thought power and starts moving it toward reality.
4. Share it with others
To strengthen the effect, declare to a trusted person, “This is who I am.” Words gain power not only within you but also when spoken into the world.
5. Make it a daily habit
Saying “I am” is like pressing a switch that signals the universe. Try making it a morning practice. For example, stand before the mirror and say, “I am someone who calmly and steadily carries out my work today.” This simple act can transform the quality of your entire day.
The mechanism of the universe is simple: Think, say, and act.
By practicing this flow each day, you shape yourself and draw to you the experiences you truly desire.
