One’s spirituality is about one’s deepest personal understandings of, and interactions with, Life and God, whatever those may be. They may be mystical and they may be practical. A person’s experience does not have to be mystical to be spiritual.
Spirituality is not about a particular group’s teachings and doctrines. It is about the values, ethics, and deepest experience of the individual, not the theological dogma of the clump.

The most basic tenet of spirituality is that All Things Are Part of Life. How can anything that appears in Life (physical and nonphysical, including understandings, beliefs, and behaviors) not be part of Life?

There is more going on here than meets the eye. The process of life is a process of our soul’s evolution. This has nothing to do with worldly happiness—although worldly happiness is the inevitable product of the soul’s evolutionary progress.

If you truly desire to experience the world of your highest imagining, then you must love unconditionally, share freely, communicate openly, and create cooperatively. You must decide that you are truly are all One, that what is good for another is good for you.

Forgiveness allows you to heal virtually any psychological, emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical, wound that you imagine has been inflicted upon you. Forgiveness is a great healer. You can literally forgive your way to health. You can forgive your way to happiness.

The darkness of our world awaits you - not to engulf you, but to be transformed by you. During this Season of the Light, be its Source for all those who search for Joy.

This is not a journey from nowhere to nowhere. This is a process. Life is a process. It is a process with purpose and meaning. It is a function of the Universe. It is the Present Action of an Eternal Activity.

The soul knows in Its wisdom that the experience you are having in This Moment is an experience sent to you by God before you had any conscious awareness of it. Every Now Moment is a glorious gift from God. That's why it is called the present.

All things are filled with wonder, for wonder is the Nature of God, the essence of Divinity, and your natural state of being. Enter into the wonder that you are, and from that place of wonder, imagine your future, your life, in the next grandest version of the greatest vision you ever held about Who You Are.

God talks least often with words, using every tool of life in the physical realm instead. “Why does God communicate least often with words?” you might ask.
It turns out that, contrary to what one might believe, words are the least reliable form of communication because they are open to interpretation and very often misunderstood. And why is that? Well, let me share a bit of information directly from my own conversation with God.
It is, I was told, because of what words are. Words are merely utterances: noises that stand for feelings, thoughts, and experiences. They are symbols. Signs. Insignias. They are not truth. They are not the real thing.
Words can help us to understand something, but experience allows us to know. There are things we cannot directly experience, so we have been given other tools of knowing: our thoughts and feelings.
Now the supreme irony here is that most humans have placed so much importance on the word of God and so little on the experience.

In my own life, I have arrived at a place where I take note of almost everything.
That includes, for sure, my feelings. It also includes random thoughts, fleeting ideas, and even fragrances and sounds of which I’m suddenly aware. And it includes, especially, my in-the-moment experience.
