Letters left behind by Jin have inspired architecture, water transportation, navy forces, communications, strategic planning, and many other ideas of military-interest such as standardised metrics and investments in Human Resources. The dwarves were keen resourcing minerals and manufacturing, the Giants to navy warfare and weaponry, and the Helots to logistics and communications.
With soo much motivation and soo much competence that arose, it was not possible for the citizens to remain calm. And so, the queen set out down river to conquer Reach village.

That is correct: this conquest led to the merger of two distant human settlements. And so that none would question her leadership on the simple trait that she is a woman, Cynisca Laconia was never referred to as Empress or Queen: she IS the Emperor or the Woman Emperor.
In honour of the many legends she made in her one conquest: all history in this world is called “Herstory”.
