She writes fan fiction in her freetime
Yuki’s face was crimson, her heart was beating quickly.
“I don’t know why, but I still get so flustered by you.”
Rika whispered in her ear.
“In a bad way?”
“N-no...”
She stopped her hands from hiding her face.
“I- I think in a good way.”
Rika kissed her again and sat up.
“There’s no need.”
Yuki’s eyes sparkled as she found herself again.
“You’re so lovely when you get like that. Also...”
Rika raised an eyebrow.
“We usually don’t have an audience.”
Rika now blushed, they both looked at where Kiko and Hidetake were sitting. However, sensing the moment they quietly left the apartment.
“She’s so good at timing.”
“I’m honestly surprised they didn’t try to sketch us.”
Just then Rika heard the familiar Line beeps.
She unlocked her smart phone and promptly sighed.
“She took a picture.”
Yuki leaned over to see the screen.
“It’s a pretty good picture though, super romantic.”
She paused.
“Can... you send it to me?”
Rika shook her head.
“You’re all so weird, but ok.”
Yuki shrugged her shoulders.
“It’s pretty good material.”
“You do know you can use our relationship as reference whenever you want. Like, you have plenty of first-hand material.”
“I know, It’s just nice to have an external perspective. I don’t want to only use our relationship either, I like to give us some privacy.”
Rika smiled.
“That’s very well thought out.”
Yuki shrugged.
“It’s just fan fiction, it’s not really that big of a deal.”
“Can I read it some time?”
Yuki blushed, and waved her hand.
“It’s not that good, it’s just me being a fan girl really.”
“You don’t want me to read it?”
Yuki looked away, itching her cheek.
“I do, it’s just sort of...”
She covered her face, trying to hide her red cheeks.
“Embarrassing.”
“Are you worried about your writing?”
Yuki shook her head.
“It’s more of what I write about... Ah! I can’t say it.”
Rika blushed, her eyes widened with realization.
“That’s so unwholesome of you!”
Yuki shook her head, covering her eyes.
“It’s mostly just romantic stuff!”
“Mostly?”
“Now you think I’m weird!”
Yuki uncovered her face, hearing giggling coming from Rika.
“I already knew you were weird.”
Yuki crossed her arms, and pouted.
Rika waved her hands.
“Not in a bad way. Like, you’re a total fan girl.”
“Am I that obvious?”
Rika rubbed her neck, thinking of how to nicely say it.
“You don’t really hide it. And, we live together.”
Yuki put her finger on her cheek.
“I guess you’re right. But, I didn’t think you knew about my unwholesome side!”
Rika continued to navigate the conversation.
“You don’t exactly hide that either.”
“This is so embarrassing!”
Rika giggled again.
“It’s okay. You don’t need to be embarrassed.”
Yuki sat upright.
“Thanks.”
Rika shook her head, trying to get over Yuki’s immense cuteness.
“There’s nothing to thank me for. It’s not really that big of a deal.”
Yuki was hugging her favorite plushie tightly.
“I know... It’s a little strange to actually talk about it in real life. Like, I post it under a pen name and that’s it.”
Rika took the other plushie that sat on the couch and hugged it.
“I could see how that would be a little strange. But, you know I support you in your hobbies and stuff.”
“Even my unwholesome fan fiction?”
Rika rested her head on Yuki’s shoulder.
“Yes even that.”
