各方面に配慮した桃次郎と桃子[かくほうめんにはいりょしたももじろうとももこ]（順不同）≪ふりがなつき≫【There’s English】
昔々、あるところにおじいさんとおばあさん（アルファベット順）がおりました。『あるところ』というのは日本によく似た異世界であり、現実世界とはいかなる関わりもありませんでした。おじいさんとおばあさんは仲良く暮らしておりましたが、二人の間には子どもがいませんでした。
ただし、決して子どもがいないから不幸せであったというわけではありませんし、勿論養子をもらうという選択肢もあったのですが、お互いのライフスタイルを尊重した結果、十分な話し合いと相互理解の上で、二人で暮らしていくことに決めていたのでした。
ある日、おじいさんは山へ柴刈りに、おばあさんは川へ洗濯に出掛けました。公平なくじ引きによる当番制のため、おばあさんが山へ柴刈りに、おじいさんが川へ洗濯に出掛けることもありました。
二人は出掛ける前に土砂崩れ、落石、河川の氾濫などの警報が一切出ていない事を確認し、安全な環境で柴刈りと洗濯を行いましたし、万一の場合に備えて十分な災害対策をしておりました。
柴刈りは生態系に配慮し、森林の保護、保全に利する計画的なものであったことを補足しておきます。
資格が必要となる大径木やチェーンソーでの伐採は業者に委託し、二人は危険の及ばない範囲での柴刈りを行っておりました。
出掛けた土地の所有権は、村一番の資産家であり、村長でもあるおじいさんが有していたので、不法侵入には当たりませんでした。
おじいさんが村長に選ばれるにあたっては、民主主義を重んじ、公職選挙法に則った公明かつ適正な投票が行われました。もっとも、資本主義、社会主義、共産主義などの社会原理・システムを否定する意図は全くありません。
資産家であったから村長になれたのではなく、あくまでも村長として素晴らしい働きをしているおじいさんに感謝した村人達が土地や財産を寄付をしたことで、村一番の資産家になったのでした。
この世界では公務員への寄付は違法行為ではありませんでしたが、現実世界での公務員・政治家への土地や財産の寄付は、場合により刑事的責任を問われる可能性があります。
川での洗濯は、水をたらいに溜めて、叩いたり絞ったりして洗い、使用後の水も土壌のpHに影響を与えたり、雑菌が繁殖しないことを実験し確認した上で周辺の木々に撒いておりました。更に手荒れを防ぐために、洗濯する際にはゴム手袋を着用し、保湿剤を塗っておりました。
おばあさんが川で洗濯をしていると、上流からどんぶらこ、どんぶらこ、と大きな桃が流れてきました。ちなみに「どんぶらこ」という音は突然の不思議な出来事におばあさんを驚かせ、心臓に大きな負担を掛けないための配慮として桃から鳴っておりました。
この桃は誰かが不法投棄したものではありませんし、大きくなった原因は遺伝子組み換えではありません。超常的存在がおばあさん達に遣わしたものだったのです。ここでいう『超常的存在』とは特定の宗教で信仰されている具体的な対象を指しているわけではありません。
おばあさんの安全や食材の品質維持を考慮して、坂道を転がすのではなく、川上から水上輸送で桃を届けることに決めたのでした。出来るだけ流れる距離を短くするために、おばあさんから３メートル程離れた上流に桃は突然現れたのです。
おばあさんは、慌てて桃を拾い上げました。正確には桃のほうから川岸に乗り上げるようなかたちでしたので、全く危険性はありませんでしたが、もし実際に大きな桃が川の上流から流れてきた場合は、安全のためにくれぐれも近づかず河川管理者に速やかに連絡しましょう。
桃には小さな車輪が接続してありましたので、高齢のおばあさんでも大きな負担なく家まで徒歩五分の距離を持ち帰ることが出来ました。
ちなみに、厚生労働省が例として挙げている高齢者の個人目標として、ストレッチングや体操を1日10分程度行う、散歩やウォーキングを1日20分程度行う、下肢および体幹部の筋力トレーニングを1週間に2回程度行う、レクレーション活動や軽スポーツを1週間に3回程度行うなどがあります。年齢や能力に応じて無理のない範囲で体を動かして、『健康長寿』を目指しましょう。
桃にはおじいさん、おばあさんの本名と住所がきちんと記載してあり、おばあさん達へ超常的存在からのプレゼントである旨も明言されておりましたので、遺失物等横領罪には当たりませんでした。（1年以下の懲役または10万円以下の罰金もしくは科料に処せられる。占有離脱物横領罪ともいう）
人知を超えた達筆さにより、おばあさんは本当に超常的存在からの贈り物であることを確信しましたが、実際に心当たりのない不審なプレゼントを受け取った際には警察に届け出ましょう。
おじいさんが帰ってくると、おばあさんは桃を拾った経緯を説明しました。おじいさんはこんなに大きな桃が手に入ったことを喜び、車輪部分を取り外し、念入りに水洗いしたうえで、消毒した包丁を使い桃を真っ二つに切ろうとしました。
今にも包丁が桃に触れようとした、その瞬間、ひとりでに桃がパカンと割れ、中から元気な男の子と女の子の赤ん坊（順不同）が現れました。割れる直前には桃の表面に注意書きが表示され、心臓の弱いおじいさんやおばあさんへの配慮もきちんと行われていましたし、包丁が赤ん坊に触れる危険もありませんでした。
ちなみに、日本人の死因第二位である心臓病の中で、８０歳以上の高齢者における心不全の発症率は１０％と言われています（５０代における発症率は１％）。予防のために栄養バランスの取れた食事をし、適度な運動を心掛けましょう。
とはいえ、病気や障がいによって運動したくても出来ない場合もありますし、健康でなければ幸せになれないということは決してありません。
割れた後の桃も、同封されていたレシピに従い、おじいさんとおばあさんがコンポートにして美味しく頂きました。傷んだ部分は取り除き、徹底的な加熱殺菌を行い、食の安全を確保していたことも付け加えておきます。
桃に接続されていた非常に丈夫で高性能な車輪は、職人達の手によりおじいさんとおばあさんのために高齢者向け電動キックボードとして再利用されました。二人は免許を持っており、高齢者講習も受けておりましたし、キックボードには道路交通法に従い、制動装置、前照灯、後写鏡等を備えてあり、自賠責保険にも加入しておりました。
おじいさんとおばあさんは赤ん坊の出現に大変驚きましたが、超常的存在からの授かりものだと涙を流して感謝し、大切に育てることにしました。奇跡のような出来事と、目を見張るような赤ん坊の可愛らしさに、子どもを持たない決意が脆くも崩れ去ったことを、おじいさんとおばあさんは互いの表情で理解しておりました。
桃の中には二人の赤ん坊が成人するまでの養育費、及びベビーシッターを雇うのに必要な経費も収められておりましたので、おじいさんとおばあさんは安心して子育てを行うことが出来ました。
養育費、雇用費に関しては『超常的存在から財産を取得した場合、それを祝福と見なし、贈与税は課税されない』という法律に則り、非課税となりました。
あくまでも、この法律の規定は、この物語内のものであり、現行の法律制度とは全く関係ありません。免税措置を受けるにあたっては、管轄の税務署に超常的存在によるコンポートのレシピを提出し、筆跡鑑定を行うことで正式に認可されました。
桃の中には『二人の子どもは桃が割れるのと同時に異次元から転送するシステムになっていたため、閉じ込められていたわけではありません。なお、元々身寄りのない遺児であった二人は、公的機関の許可を得たうえで、乳幼児を育てるのに適切な環境が整った異次元において我々超常的存在により慎重に手厚く養育されておりました』という注意書きも入っておりました。
超常的存在により出生届や養子縁組手続きなどは正式に行われていたため無戸籍、未成年略取には当たりませんでした。
男の子には「桃次郎（仮）」、女の子には「桃子（仮）」と名付けました。決定するにあたり、村で公募を行い、桃人、桃花など、１０００件以上の候補の中から厳正な審議を経て決まりました。彼らの性自認を経て、「（仮）」の字を取り、正式に「桃次郎」、「桃子」と命名されました。
おじいさんとおばあさんは、人種・国籍・門地・信条・信教・容姿・性別などに関係なく、労働基準法の規定を遵守した契約に基づき、厳正かつ公平な書類審査、筆記試験に加えて慎重に面接を重ねたうえで複数名のベビーシッターを正規雇用しました。時間外労働を含め、法律に基づく適切な賃金の支払いが行われましたし、常に被雇用者の過重な労働にならないような配慮が行われていました。
二人はすくすくと育ち、不思議な生い立ちではありましたが、村人からは一切偏見の目で見られることはなく、温かく受け入れられました。
ちなみに村はネグロイド、オーストラロイド、モンゴロイド、コーカソイドなど多種多様な人種で構成されており、LGBTQ+などの性的少数者や身体的・精神的・発達・知的障がい、あるいは難病等を持つものもおりましたし、同性婚、夫婦別姓、一夫多妻、一妻多夫などの様々な形態の婚姻が認められており、皆分け隔てなく、お互いを尊重して平等かつ平和に暮らしておりました。
その頃、村人は悪い鬼達の嫌がらせに苦しめられていました。悪い鬼とは現在の政治体制等を批判する風刺的な意味合いや、他民族を象徴した存在ではなく、純粋な種族としての鬼を指しています。既存の小説、漫画、アニメ等に登場する鬼とは一切関係ありません。
二人は自発的に鬼が棲む鬼ノ島に向かうことを決意しました。村人もおじいさん、おばあさんも、大変心配して止めようとしましたが、彼らの決意は固く、すでに二人とも二十歳になり成人しておりましたし、彼らに同行することで自立心を育む貴重な機会を奪ってしまってはいけないので、涙ながらに見送ることにしました。
この世界では二十歳を成年年齢としておりますが、現実では2022年4月1日から成人年齢を18才に引き下げる「民法の一部を改正する法律」が施行されますので混同しないようにご注意ください。
おじいさんとおばあさんは鬼ノ島往復に要する三日分の十分な食料、飲み物、寝具、テント、おやつのきびだんごなどを用意して二人に渡しました。特に食べ物に関しては食中毒の危険があるので、燻製肉などの日持ちのする保存食を携行しておりました。
きびだんごは、現在主流となっているもち粉を使用したものではなく、保存のために炊き立てのモチ黍をすり鉢に入れてつき、丸めて団子状にした黍団子を用意しておりました。ソルガム黍などは小麦・米アレルギーに悩む人へのグルテンフリー食材として注目されていますが、口にする前に病院での食物アレルギーの検査を行うようにしましょう。
環境保全のために旅路の途中で生じたゴミを持ち帰るための数種類のゴミ袋（燃えるゴミ、燃えないゴミ、空き瓶、空き缶、金属混合物など）も忘れずに持っていきました。分別を行うことでリサイクルに貢献するエコの精神とゴミ処理業に携わる方々への配慮も忘れておりませんでした。
『鬼ノ島』という名称ではありますが、かつての火山噴火によりその当時には既に陸続きで村から徒歩で移動できましたので、道中全く危険はありませんでした。
鬼ノ島に向かう途中、犬、キジ、猿が現れました（五十音順）。それぞれお腹を空かせていましたので、荷物の中にあった犬用の餌、キジ用の餌、猿用の餌を与えました。おじいさん、おばあさんの動物達への純粋な配慮から多種多様な餌を用意していただけであり、決してヤラセ行為ではありませんでした。
三匹がお腹を空かせていたのは、人間達の環境破壊によって生態系が破壊され、食べ物を十分に確保できなくなっていた訳ではなく、ただ単に舌が肥えたグルメな動物達だったからでした。
読者の皆様への理解を優先して『餌』と表現していますが、桃次郎と桃子は、あくまで動物達への「食事」という認識をしており、人間が動物より上位の存在であるといった差別意識は全く持っておりませんでした。
周りに集落等はなく、継続的な行為でもないので、餌やりによる被害は発生しないと判断できました。
実際に街中で人語を操る犬猿雉（漢字の画数順）などを目撃した際は、安易に餌付けを行ったりせず、特徴や健康状態などをよく観察した上で、地域の警察、保健所、動物愛護センターなどの公的機関へ連絡をしましょう。ペットを飼う際は、意思と感情を持つ生き物であることを理解し、最期まで責任を持って育てましょう。
三匹ともお礼として彼らの旅路に同行することを申し出ましたが、二人は動物愛護の精神に溢れていましたので、彼らの命に責任を持つことが出来ない以上は連れていけないとして丁重に断り、動物達も納得して受け入れました。
この世界の他の動物達と同様、三匹とも先天的に言葉を操ることができました。決して人の手が加えられて言葉を話せるようになった訳ではありませんでした。
蛇足ながら、その後、偶然現れた心優しい旅人が三匹とも保護して共に生涯幸せに暮らしたそうです。現実では鳥獣保護法や動物愛護管理法に基づき、飼育許可が必要である、あるいは、愛玩目的の飼育が不可能である場合がありますのでご注意ください。
さらに二人はその後の道中、三匹の他にもアルパカやウサギ、牛、カンガルー、虎、ライオン（五十音順）など世界中の動物にも出会いましたが、紙面の都合上割愛しております。登場した動物の選考、および順番については十二支の逸話のように、能力主義・結果主義的な意図はなく、身体的特徴による差別を助長する意図はありません。
鬼ノ島入国の際には、外務省の危険情報を念入りに確認した上で、二人とも公的な旅券の取得を行い、手荷物・身体検査などの正式な越境手続きを踏んでおりましたので、違法入国等の問題には全く抵触しておりませんでした。
鬼ノ島に到着し、鬼達に丁寧な挨拶を行った後、桃次郎と桃子は、まず話し合いをすることにしました。鬼達が嫌がらせをしていた理由を詳しく尋ねてみると、文化の差による勘違いだったことが判明しました。
鬼達の文化圏では土足で室内に上がることが常識でしたが、村では靴を脱いでスリッパを履いて室内で過ごすことが当然のマナーとされていたのです。
誤解が解けたことで、桃次郎と桃子は、自発的に村人への謝罪をしたいと望むようになった鬼達を、一緒に連れて村へと帰りました。鬼達は陳謝したのちに迷惑料としてたくさんの金銀財宝を村に贈り、村人達は和解ができたお祝いとして盛大な祝賀会を催しました。
更に、今後は言語の壁や文化の違いによる軋轢が生まれないよう、多言語表記の案内板（点字ブロック表記有り）や音声案内が各所に設置されることになりました。
この金銀財宝は決して他者から略奪したものではなく、鬼ノ島に存在する金山、銀山から採掘した貴金属を彼らが趣味で加工して創り上げたものでした。ちなみに鉱山採掘・精錬・加工の過程において、作業者の福祉健康、鉱毒発生への配慮等は適切になされていたことを補足しておきます。
祝賀会の準備と並行して、桃次郎と桃子が持ち帰ったゴミは鬼達と村人達で協力してリユース・リデュース・リサイクルの3Rの精神に則り分別・処分しましたし、祝賀会後の後片付けも同様に行いました。
この際、寄付金は法人間での贈与ということで鬼達には寄附金、村人側には受贈益として法人税等の課税がきちんと行われました。
祝賀会においては、未成年の飲酒や体質や意向を無視した飲酒の強要などのアルハラ及びその他のハラスメントは一切行われませんでした。
多種多様な飲食物が用意され、アレルギー・添加物の表示義務・推奨品目の徹底した表示と一目でわかる分類、ハラルフードやコーシャ食品、精進料理などの様々な宗教的タブーに対応した料理、あるいはベジタリアンやヴィーガン向けの料理の提供もされていました。
また食材の確保については環境への影響や食育、地域の活性化、自給率の向上などの観点から積極的に地産地消の取り組みが行われておりました。
お酒が飲めない、口に合わない、宗教上、あるいは障がい等の理由で食事を楽しめない人々のためにビンゴ、カラオケ、上映会、漫才、マジックなどの娯楽も催されました。手話通訳、音声ガイド等の充実したサポートがあったことも付け加えておきます。
鬼達は自分達のことを誇りをもって別の呼び名を名乗っていることを知った村人は、それからは『鬼』という呼称を廃止し、『ヤマトゴブリン』、鬼ノ島のことは『ゴブリーアイランド』と呼ぶことにしました。
ここでのゴブリンは、民間伝統排斥運動を受けて悪魔的な印象が付加される以前、妖精として扱われていたゴブリンを指しています。かつてホブゴブリンが守護霊として認知されていたように、この世界でもゴブリンは全く忌むべき存在ではありませんでした。
それからも村人達とヤマトゴブリン達は互いの文化の違いを尊重しつつ、平和に仲良く暮らしていきましたとさ。
めでたし、めでたし。

Donations to civil servants were not illegal in this world, but donations of land or property to civil servants and politicians in the real world can lead to criminal liability in some cases.
When washing at the river, they get some water in a tub and beat and squeeze their clothes to clean. As the water after use may affect the pH of the soil and have a risk of germs spreading, they sprinkle it around the surrounding trees, only after experimenting and confirming no contamination. When the old woman was doing the laundry at the river, a big peach came from the upstream floating and rocking.

Small wheels was connected to the peach, so even the elderly woman like her could take it home on foot in five minute without any struggle.

At the moment when the kitchen knife was about to touch the fruit, the peach cracked by itself, and a healthy baby boy and girl (in no particular order) appeared from inside. Just before it cracked, a note got displayed on the surface of the peach and gave due consideration to the old man's and the old woman's weak hearts, and furthermore, there was no danger of the kitchen knife touching the baby.
By the way, among other heart diseases that are the second leading cause of death in Japan, the incidence of cardiac arrest in the elderly over 80 years old is said to be 10% (the incidence in 50s is 1%). For its prevention, bear in mind that having a nutritionally balanced diet and moderate exercise.

The old man and the old woman carefully interviewed the candidates after strict and fair document screening and written examinations based on the contracts that comply with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act, regardless of race, nationality, family origin, beliefs, faith, appearance, etc. After stacking up, they hired multiple babysitters on a regular basis. A bad demon is not a satirical meaning that criticizes the current political system, or a symbol of another race, but a demon as a kind of race. Also, it has nothing to do with the demons that appear in the existing novels, manga, and anime.
The two decided to voluntarily head to Oninoshima, where the demons lived.
