Ryoko had reached the bottom of the mountain. She had an emotionless face.
She was emitting a icey cold aura, the ground she stepped on turned into ice.
(R-ryuu-kun!! Wait for me, I'm coming. I promised to you that i will save you. Just wait!)
Ryoko held out her hand in air, an ice sword appeared in her hand. She pointed the sword foreword.
Fssh!!
She swung the sword and sent a slash in the foreword direction. The slash turned everything in it's way into ice, every tree, grass and rock turned into pieces of ice.....
Shigeru and Akiko were now back at the treehouse, Ryuu was breathing heavily.
(Aramiya-kun's condition is getting worse. We need to reach the training area as soon as possible.)
Shigeru was worried about Ryuu.
"Akiko! We need to reach the training are-"
Grah!!!
Shigeru was talking to Akiko when he was suddenly cut-off by a growl. They both looked from the window but was stunned at what they saw.
A herd of demons walked out from behind the forest. Both Shigeru and Akiko were horrified.
"T-this....W-what is h-happening!!? We a-are i-in the center of the city.
H-how can d-demons in such large amounts appear here."
Shigeru could not believe his eyes, the number of demons attacking the humans had increased massively from the last decade.
So, to protect the normal humans living in the city. Whole city of tokyo was covered by a protecting array. This array was set up by the High officers of the defense force.
Every demon that entered the array would be pulverized unless it's higher than a C rank threat level.
But here, there was not one but a big herd of demons surrounding them.
(W-what is happening!? T-this is unbelievable. These demons must be of atleast a C rank threat level, as they are able to survive under the protection array.
B-but how could these many demons of high threat level can appear in the center of the city, it has never happened before.)
Shigeru couldn't understand what was happening. Suddenly he looked towards Ryuu who was lying on the floor, unconscious.
(A-are they all behind of Aramiya-kun!?)
Boom!!!!
Shigeru was lost in his thoughts, suddenly the demons attacked at the bottom of the tree, the big mapple tree started to tremble.
"Honey! All the demons are attacking the tree. At this rate, the tree and the tree will be shatter and fall."
The tree house started to tremble, Akiko was holding Ryuu in her hands. Shigeru was sweating all over. Akiko walked towards him.
"Honey, take care of Aramiya-kun. I will go down to face those demons. I will protect you even if i have to give my own life."
Akiko handed Ryuu to Shigeru.
"AKIKO! STOP, YOU CAN'T DEFEAT ALL OF THOSE DEMONS BY YOURSELF. PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR LIFE AT STAKE"
Shigeru cried out to Akiko but she didn't listened to him.
"Thankyou for everything, Honey."
Shigeru rushed towards her. She showed him a last smile before jumping down from the tree house.
"AKIKO!!!"
Akiko jumped of the tree house, she landed on the ground. She got surrounded by the lustful demons.
The demons were glaring at her with bloodlust in their eyes.
A group wolf demons jumped at her with their sharp fangs. Akiko closed her eyes.
Fsh!!!
The next movement, the wolf demons were on the ground, their body was slashed all over and blood oozing out of their bodies.
Akiko opened her eyes, She held her hands in air and two sharp shurikens made of wind appeared in her hands.
"TODAY, I, YOKOYAMA AKIKO! WILL DEMOLISH VISCOUS CREATUERS LIKE YOU ALL."
Akiko rushed towards the demons. She sent her wind shurikens towards the demons, the shurikens moved foreword, splitting all the demons in half.
But demons kept coming again and again. Shigeru was watching her from the above, tears flowing down his eyes.
(Why? Why? Why am i such a loser, why was i born so weak. Only if i was strong Akiko didn't had to suffer there alone. Just Why!!!?)
Shigeru was mourning over his incompatibility.
Akiko was fighting the demons non stop. She was cutting every demon in her way in half.
Suddenly a gaint wolf appeared behind her.
Psh!!!
The wolf swung it's fangs, giving her a fatal wound at the back. She fell at the ground, Blood coming out of her mouth.
Shigeru was stunned to see her condition.
"AKIKO!!!!!"
He stood up leaving Ryuu on the floor and jumped of the treehouse. He hit the ground and broked his leg and fell on ground.
Akiko was breathing heavily and was on verge of collapsing. The giant wolf held his claw in air, it's eyes showing pure bloodlust.
Shigeru was mourning in pain, he was looking at Akiko. Tears flowing down his tears.
(AKIKO! AKIKO! NO, YOU CAN'T DIE!! YOU TEACHED ME WHAT A LIFE IS!! NOW YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME.
SOMEONE PLEASE SAVE HER! SOMEONE!!!)
The wolf swung his claw at Akiko, blood splattered in the air.
"AKIKO!!!"
Shigeru was heartbroken, he couldn't look up at Akiko.
Wen he looked up at her, he was stunned.
The claw of the giant wolf was lying on the ground, it was covered with blood.
Howl!!!
The giant wolf mourned in pain. Its leg was bleeding, Shigeru was dumb strucked.
The azure flame on Ryuu's forehead became bigger and brighter....
"I-it's... It's her!!"
A white haired girl was standing in front Akiko, her face was showing no emotionsshe was holding a sharp sword made of ice.
She was emitting an icey cold aura. All the demons were shivering from the huge pressure.
"I-it's..... Tatsuno Ryoko!!"
The giants wolf was howling in pain. It was shivering from the huge pressure emitted by Ryoko.
Ryoko held out her sword in the air and mumbled.
"Crystal cut!"
The ice sword became bigger. She slashed her sword in air, all the demons in the field were torned into pieces.
Shigeru was shocked, he couldn't believe his eyes. All the demons were torned to pieces.
He was terrified by her power.
(W-WHAT HAPPENED!? W-WHAT WAS THAT POWER? HOW CAN SHE EXERT SUCH TREMENDOUS ATTACK AT SUCH A SMALL AGE!!?
MONSTER).....
