7 months after the death of Hensai.
A man named Hiro stands on a street corner watching a lab on the other side of the road. It’s a quiet town. There aren’t many people in the streets
‘The panic in my town has been increasing rapidly.’
‘A terrorist organisation has been bombing government laboratories…’
‘…and killing indiscriminately.’
‘I’m going to figure out who’s behind them.’
‘And I’m going to put a stop to this organisation.’
Hiro patiently waits outside ethe building until one of the floors explode. Hiro sees a mysterious man leaving the building in a hurry.
