After-Word
Hello everyone, タチコマ here!
2024年6月5日, I completed the final episode of Binding: Rain Volume 1.
It has been great writing for you all. Ups and down with lots and lots of learning!
I know the storyline is a bit strange - things jumping around all over the place. And perhaps, too much description!
I look back, and wish I laid things out better, instead of just going for it! I probably should of written a lot more out before starting to write. But hindsight is a great thing.
Volume 2 will happen, for sure! And I aim to make volume 2 better - more refined.
I have watched a lot of anime in my time, and read more great books than I can remember. They are what inspired me to write this book for you all! It started as a silly prologue written on a laptop, then evolved into what it is now.
I am glad I have written the first volume of Binding: Rain. Even more pleased with what I have learnt, and the great community I have slowly been integrating into.
There are so many things I wish I could of done better, but, this is my first novel! Though, I won't hide behind "It being my first novel" as an excuse for bad writing...
I'll improve, I promise!
You can all expect some more writing from me. I'm not sure when, but something will come! A second book will likely be started sometime this year. Volume 2 of Binding: Rain will come one day.
But, at this time, with work and so much other stuff... I do not know when I can start writing again... Sorry, everyone!
Part of me is hesitant to leave now, and finish Volume 1. I have become attached to it, haha! But, it is time, everyone.
