Main character. Heroine.
She was born at a brothel ”Wogen【wɔ́ːgen】” in Sphold【sfɔ́ːrd】, the royal capital in The Ressensia【letsensia/lets・sensia】 Kingdom. Her mother was one of the prositutes but when She died soon after Fleur's birth.
In the world, Orphants often have a bleak future, however her mother's companions, prostitutes helped Fleur. They raised Fleur as a boy in the Wogen. Because if they raise Fleur as herself:a girl, the Wogen's owner would make Fleur a prositute someday.
As Fleur is growing up, Fleur is getting to work in the Wogen for housing and food, although she got hardly paid.Fleur know her mother was a slave and she had thought herself did.
However Evita who is one of the prostitutes and she have been taking care of Fleur like her mother, had let Fleur free as a commoner. Recently, Evita encourages Fleur to be independent out of Wogen. Because Fleur's growth of woman is getting appearantly.
●Evita(３９)
Wogen's biggest earning prositute. Very beautiful woman. She have been takeing care of Fleur like her mother.
When Evita was a child, her parents sold her to Wogen for their huge debts. She was a slave prostitute, too. She have earned lots of money at the Wogen because Wogen was a brothel for the noble.
At the present, many aristocrats offer to take her as their mistress but Evita is reluctant. However one of the offers, From Duke.Kolfovolt【koufouvɔ́lt】, she has interested.

A cheerful and pleasant young man. He belongs to the Zephet【zéfit】 group which is the ruffans' group and territorialized in the Sphold.
●Hoyad【houjʌ́d】(７１)
An owner at the Wogen's neighborhood pub "Belaise【béleiz】".
●Agard【ǽɡərd】(４９)
An employee of an ice wholesaler. He often comes to Worgen to sell ices wholesale.
●Bras【brάːs】(３８)
Agard's brother. Same as Agard, the employee of an Ice wholesaler. He has water magic.
