食べ過ぎてしまいました．．．
お腹が苦しいです．
人間の食べ物の消化と吸収は口，胃，腸などで行われています．
口では主に，食べ物を細かく砕いて
胃，腸では，酵素などで分子レベルに分解しています．
分解された後に，腸壁から栄養として吸収されます．

Food is digested molecular level by enzyme in stomach, bowels.
