(2) Fall, original sin and hell
① View of Christian doctrine
The story of Paradise Lost of Adam and Eve (First Man and First Woman) is written in Genesis, chapter 3, of the Old Testament.
It is summarized as follows.
In the garden of Eden, Adam and Eve were told not to eat "the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil" by God.
But, they ate it by the temptation of the serpent and were driven out of the garden by God.
The serpent which symbolized the angel fell to be Satan.
The offspring of Adam and Eve have had original sin since then.
In the Christian doctrine (Catholicism), God created the universe which consists of the physical world and the spiritual world.
The humans would build heaven in the physical world, and after death, they would build the paradise in the spiritual world.
However, by the fall of Adam and Eve, it became impossible to build heaven in both worlds.
In the Christian doctrine, it is said that the humans who do evil in the physical world go to hell after death.
There are bipolar places of heaven and hell in the spiritual world.
And there are purgatory and limbo between heaven and hell.
② View of the CWG series
In the CWG series, it is said that "the myth of the garden of Eden" means the first blessing of God, not the fall of Adam and Eve as follows.
┌----------
This is the knowledge of good and evil of which Adam and Eve partook. Until they understood this, there could be no life as you know it. Adam and Eve―the mythical names you have given to represent First Man and First Woman―were the Father and Mother of the human experience.
What has been described as the fall of Adam was actually his upliftment―the greatest single event in the history of humankind. For without it, the world of relativity would not exist. The act of Adam and Eve was not original sin, but, in truth, first blessing. You should thank them from the bottom of your hearts―for in being the first to make a “wrong” choice, Adam and Eve produced the possibility of making any choice at all. (pdfCWG1-P41)
└----------
The event of eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which is written in Genesis means that the humans began to choose good and evil by the free will.
Therefore, there was not the fall of Adam, and this was the first blessing.
The humans have no original sin.
There is not hell that conventional religions say.
Hell does not exist as the place, but the humans create it by themselves and they experience it.
In the spiritual world, the thought is realized instantly.
Hence, the reality which appears there is consistent with the growth level of the soul.
The soul of a low level of the growth creates the reality of the equally low level.
The reality of the worst level in the spiritual world would be hell.
Furthermore, unlike Christian doctrine, the CWG series preaches reincarnation.
"Reincarnation" which is teachings of Buddhism is described even in the book of "Conversations with God".
When the soul completes its agenda in the physical world, it will go to the spiritual world.
While divinity is not experienced perfectly, the soul in the spiritual world will move to the physical world to live a new life again. At that time, it will dwell in another human being.
It's called “reincarnation” to repeat this process.
Mr. Walsh (the author of CWG) has had 647 past lives. This is his 648th life.
By repeating this, the soul experiences all the divinity, and then it returns to God.
