(5) Sex
The desire to become united by love is accomplished by sex, and then a new life (child) will be born as the result.
Sex is not limited to the case intending procreation.
Sex without intending procreation is not absurd at all, but gives the joy of being united.
However, it could be said that the sex without the true love is less beneficial to the growth of the soul.
