1. The time has come when the world must create a New Spirituality.

① Once before on your planet you had reached the heights—beyond the heights, really—to which you now are slowly climbing. You had a civilization on Earth more advanced than the one now existing. And it destroyed itself.

② Your present technology is threatening to outstrip your ability to use it wisely. Your society is on the verge of becoming a product of your technology, rather than your technology being a product of your society. When a society becomes a product of its own technology, it destroys itself.

③ If the development of technology continues without the recovery of human “spirituality”, there is a danger that the earth's civilization will take a path of self-destruction.

④ First, you must acknowledge that what you are now doing is not working.
And it is not only your religion that isn't working. Your political structures are not working. Your educational programs are not working.
All of these structures are soundly based on beliefs that do not reflect reality. They no longer serve you. Get rid of them.
When I said get rid of them, I was referring to some of the beliefs that have created the structures of your society in their present form.
Change those.
Do not destroy the structures of politics, economics, and education; add to them, alter them, improve them.
Especially your religions.
You must remodel your world and its society at every level.
The universe now invites you to re-create yourselves a new, in the next grandest version of the greatest vision you ever held about Who You Are.

⑤ The number of people who see that their old beliefs no longer work is growing.
The number of people willing to say, There must be another way is increasing.
Critical mass can be achieved with less than 5 percent of the whole moving in any one direction.
What is needed now is a small number of people, a tiny percentage, who are willing to become in their villages and neighborhoods and churches and synagogues and temples and mosques and community halls and political party meetings, and even in their homes The First Domino.

2. Masters and messengers

① The soul who returns as an avatar or master, for instance, does so for the joy of experiencing itself as that--and knows that the best way to do this is to serve the agenda of others almost exclusively.
The agenda of others in this case may be to remember Who They Really Are and, at some level, to experience that. The avatar or master serves that agenda in the living of his or her life.

② Let us talk briefly about the Three Levels of Experience—super-conscious, conscious, and subconscious.
The superconscious level is the place of experience at which you know about, and create, your reality with full awareness of what you are doing. This is the soul level. Most of you are not aware at a conscious level of your superconscious intentions—unless you are.
The conscious level is the place of experience at which you know about, and create, your reality with some awareness of what you are doing. How much of what you are aware of depends upon your “level of consciousness.” This is the physical level.
The subconscious level is the place of experience at which you do not know about, or consciously create, your reality.
It allows you to do things automatically, such as grow your hair, or blink your eyes, or beat your heart—or create an instant solution to a problem.
This three-in-one level of consciousness might be called supra-consciousness. Some of you also call it “Christ consciousness,” or “elevated consciousness.” It is Fully Integrated Consciousness.
When you are in this place, you are fully creative. All three levels of consciousness have become one.

③ You may meet your Master this very day—as the bag lady on the street, or the mugger in the park, and not only as the guru on the mountain top. In fact, rarely so. The Master who appears as a Master is seldom acknowledged, and more often rebuked. Yet the Master who walks among you, appearing as one of you, is often the Master who makes the most impact. So be alert, for you do not know at what hour your Master may come. He may even come as what you choose to call a criminal, disobeying the most sacred laws and customs of your society, and be crucified because of it. Yet in the aftermath will you seek to remember every word he ever spoke.

⑦ Many Masters have been sent to the Earth to demonstrate Eternal Truth. Others, such as John the Baptist, have been sent as messengers, telling of the Truth in glowing terms, speaking of God with unmistakable clarity.
These special messengers have been gifted with extraordinary insight, and the very special power to see and receive Eternal Truth, plus the ability to communicate complex concepts in ways that can and will be understood by the masses.
You are such a messenger.
