Summary of "Conversations with God"  作者: Genten Inou
Ⅳ Revolution of the earth's civilization
19/45

(2) Political change

【 Soon. Very soon. If humanity makes this choice, a movement, a radical shift, in humanity’s understandings about God could occur rapidly. Easily within your lifetime. Within three decades. Perhaps even faster than that, once the first domino falls. 】

(2) Political change

In the “Conversations with God (CWG)” series, the themes concerning politics are written as follows.

1. Politics is an outcome of human spirituality.

The CWG series says that politics is an outcome of human “spirituality”.

It means that spirituality is reflected in real politics.

However, spirituality is not an organized religion but is the conscious activity of the soul level.

In modern society, teachings of organized religions do not function. Consequently, there are a lot of social problems that cannot be solved by the teachings of organized religions.

Hence we need a new theology to create new spirituality, and we are required to build politics based on it.

The keywords of politics in such a new theology are mentioned in “Tomorrow's God” as follows.

┌----------

① We are all one. There is only One Thing, and all things are part of the One Thing That Is.

② Freedom is a natural order of existence.

③ Transparency is very important throughout the process of the politics.

└----------

2. A new democratic system

In the CWG series, a new democratic system is written as a future image of politics.

The requirements of the new democratic system are as follows.

① Transparency must be an important part of the political process.

② Choosing representatives who participate in the assembly as the members.

③ The task of the members is to consider the issues of the region, to thoroughly compare the various solutions, to create a consensus on which solution is to be put into the referendum as a law.

④ A referendum is held, and people vote directly on the pros and cons of each bill presented by the members.

⑤ The decision of the referendum requires the two-thirds majority.

⑥ If people vote online and the votes are aggregated by the computer, the results can be seen immediately after the end of the vote.

3. The United Nations is helpless and incompetent.

The CWG series says that the United Nations has been powerless and impotent, and gives us a proposal to establish the actual institutions as mentioned below.

┌----------

① A unified world government

② A greatly empowered world court to resolve international disputes

③ A peacekeeping force to give power to the laws by which you choose to govern yourselves

④ A Congress of Nations-two representatives from every nation on Earth

⑤ A People's Assembly-with representation in direct proportion to a nation's population.

└----------

4. The dictatorship does not last long.

Freedom is the essence of God and souls.

Therefore, the political system of the society must ensure human freedom.

The dictatorship will be over. The same thing as raised in the former Soviet Union would happen around the world if governments were to become dictators and oppress freedom.

5. Highly evolved governance system

In the CWG series, the themes concerning extraterrestrial beings are written.

That is to say, in the universe, there are many civilizations of extraterrestrial beings that are evolving far more than earth's civilization. (The CWG series call them HEBs that stand for highly evolved beings.)

The figure of evolved civilizations is illustrated there.

For instance, the HEBs live in clusters, or small intentional communities because they judge that small communities are the best for their growth.

Therefore, as for the politics of HEBs, highly evolved systems of governance involve virtually no governance at all except self- governance.

The CWG series state such things on the politics of HEBs as follows.

┌----------

Highly evolved systems of governance, highly evolved systems of education, highly evolved systems of economics or religion-all are utterly, elegantly simple.

Highly evolved systems of governance, for instance, involve virtually no governance at all, save self-governance.

(pdfCWG3-P222)

-----

Beings live in clusters, or what you would call small intentional communities. These clusters are not further organized into cities, states, or nations, but each interacts with the others on a co-equal basis.

There are no governments as you would understand them, and no laws. There are councils or conclaves. Usually of elders.
