It can be used in place of Tamiya's OP539, but
it's 0.3mm larger, going from φ5.5mm to φ5.8mm.
The evaluation will change depending on how you view the 0.3mm difference.
At the personal hobby level, it's probably within the margin of error.

I bought three: a 2m A-C cable, a 50cm C-C cable, and a 50cm A-C cable.
I was happy with the price, which was around $6.
I plan to use the shorter one with a USB socket I installed on my moped.
The 2m one is simply a spare in case the one I used normally breaks.

The packaging wasn't great, but it worked and was cheap so it was fine.

If you're looking at US sizes, I'd recommend going up 3-4 sizes.
I like a looser fit and I'm a bit overweight, so I went up 5 sizes.
(181cm, 108kg, 120cm waist)
As winter loungewear, it's nearly perfect.
It's just about fine for going out in the neighborhood (about 30 minutes).
It's a little pricey, though.
