In light of the recent price hikes, Seagate's fake FARM problem, and the inability to disable WD's IntelliPark,
I aimed for a cheap Toshiba, which only requires the store warranty from the start.
Even if it's server grade, its durability is down to luck,
so I bought it as a kind of gamble.
It arrived as is.
The packaging was also tightly packed with styrofoam.
I think the "shipping fee" is probably the shipping fee plus the customs fee (which should be about $9 in total).
It may be the discretion of the customs person, but
it's good that there are no troublesome additional charges.
