"Ryosaku-kun, it's been a while."
Rika was standing there in a chic suit.
"Rika-chan! It's been a while... How have you been?"
"Yeah. As you can see, I'm full of energy. You're full of energy too, Ryosaku-kun. That festival happi coat looks great on you. And that headband on your head..."
"It's annoying, Rika-chan... I can't tell if you're praising me or teasing me. So... how did you know I was at this school...?"
"I called Ryosaku-kun's house. Then your mother answered... and told me that there is a festival going on at your school and I should go here. "
"I see. Well... that's beside the point. Look, Rika-chan, look at this roasted piglet. It looks so delicious, browned and golden brown... look."
"The roast is nice, but... Ryosaku-kun, aren't you interested in seeing me in a suit...?"
"Eh...?"
"The old days Ryosaku-kun would have noticed the change in my clothes right away and always complimented me, right...? Ryosaku-kun... you've changed a lot."
Rika looked a little displeased and gave Ryosaku a stab.

And so, Ryosaku and Rika went alone to the quiet, deserted "Practice Building" on the south side of the event venue.
