The first tale
My wife is currently pregnant and maybe she will give a birth in coming February. I remembered that my mother sometimes read a tale or a short story next to me till I fell asleep when I was a child.
Now I live in Indonesia and here are some books with pictures for small children, but most of these pertain to the religious matter espcially for Al quran.
I am also a muslim and recognize that religious education is important. On the other hand I still have my thoughts that children will feel bored if nearly the same contents go by like a series of TV ads such as kmart, wallmart, wendies alike.
Thus, I take a whim to create a tale for my newborn and I am pleased if I and he or she will entertain ourselves with it like an author and his family who wrote a story of the tank engine Thomas. In addition, I rejoice to give my new born a chance to be familiar with English through this tale. Let me get the new story off the ground.

Title: a javan boy yar
Once upon a time in the Java island, there is a boy whose name is Yar. He was born in a house near from the colleyer quay. His father was a carpenter good at building a schooner and his mother was a housewife.
He had been brought up while commanding a view of the Sundanese ocean. There, schooners, passenger liners, vessels, freighters, cargo boats, some come to the quay and others say good bye to the quay.
Early in the morning on one day, His father Giro said to him.
"Do you like to come and see my dock ? Today, a schooner I shipbuilt will be launched to the sea."
Yar felt like spine-tingling and said,
"Yes, sir!"
