1) Thinking action is equipped in consciousness
Senses with qualia are like shadows of some action's movements, and, if some sense is felt by consciousness, the action, which is the source of the sense, must be implemented in consciousness. (Senses are not conveyed between plural entities --for example, the substance called brain and the consciousness--. It's impossible). So, for instance, if the senses of thought are felt by consciousness --this is a subjective fact--, it follows that the thinking action is implemented in consciousness. In short, the thinking action is not performed by the substance called brain but by consciousness actually.
2) Thoughts also seem to be senses
Though the aspect or quality are fundamentally distinct, like the five senses (bodily sensation), a thought also seems to be a sense. (And, it seems that something like a shadow of the movement of thinking action (which is presumed to be equipped in consciousness) is felt by consciousness as a sense of thought. Thereby, the sense of thought dissppears when the movement ends).
3) Consciousness is necessarily provided with the thinking action
Consciousness seems to emerge from the stage of primordial living things (living bodies) --for example, a microorganism, a single-celled organism, and a cell (without brain)--. And, it seems that consciousness is necessarily provided with the thinking action. It seems that this thinking action is formed naturally, automatically, and dynamically from the computation action borne by the substances which constitute a living body.
4) What the thinking action aims at
And, the thinking action seems to be formed as one which performs comprehensive thinking in the constructive and productive direction to form (or, maintain, update) the physical order of a single entire living body, according to the current state, situation, and physical properties of constituent substances. Moreover, it would be updated according to the change of the state and situation every moment.
5) What the computation action aims at
It's because, the computation action --one of matter actions-- inherent in matter is, in the first place, supposed to be such one. Matter, after being involved in some fundamental interaction with others, must update its own state to the state at the next moment on its own, following the extrinsic influence about force or energy. This should strictly follow laws of physics in a microscopic world, which is provided for matter, and such a thing can be regarded as corresponding to maintaining the order of the microscopic world underlying the existence of this universe. Not only that but that also comes to maintain the order on the macroscopic level. As a result, various laws of physics are formulated. That physical events occur following the laws of physics is synonymous with that the order of this physical world is maintained. (Otherwise, the change of matter comes incoherent, and the universe would collapse).
6) Aspect of the formation of living things's movement
By the bye, all movements of a living thing are formed through the endless updating the present state of all substances related to the movements to the state at the next moment in succession with the lapse of time. From the movements inside cells to the physical motions which are formed by the muscular movement, all movements of a living thing are brought through the physical changes of substances related. And, what is more, not only physical movements, but also motions wearing mentality such as seeing, hearing, thinking, speaking, etc. are included in the movements.
7) The change in the state of matter is brought by the fundamental interactions
And, the change in the state of matter is brought passively by the occurrence of the fundamental interactions --or, some actions around them--. It seems that, basing on the comprehensive computation of the thinking action of consciousness, at all places concerned in the living body, the fundamental interactions occur (unnaturally), and, as a result, substances are moved or converted. (Matter is utterly passive outwardly, and the matter's outward movement means that the matter was involved in some fundamental interaction). And, through the endless repeat of such a feedback loop of computation and movement, a macroscopic, constructive, and productive movement --the formation of dynamic order-- is brought integrally.
8) The questionability about the living things's active movement
That is to say, it seems that, for a living thing to move actively, constructively, and productively according to the comprehensive thinking in consciousness, sufficient fundamental interactions --or, some actions around them-- which enable it must occur unnaturally at the underlying substances.
However, such a thing is not recognized in (present) physics. It's because there is a break between a strange thing of thinking and matter, and there can be occur no physical causation between both sides. (To be presice, on the input side for consciousness --bodily sensation or the five senses--, causation occurs. However, on the output side --the muscular movement or the working of organs--, causation cannot yet occur). In short, the active movement of living things are questionable, and its legitimateness hasn't yet been presented. (Details are described separately).
9) Driving force of the living things's movement
The driving force which brought the living things's movement seems to be the physical order forming effect which is expected to arise inside a living body. And, it seems that this effect is brought through the entropy production and the reduction of entropy production rate originated in the oxygen consuming process inside a living body. The reduction of entropy production rate in a system promotes the formation of some material physical order inside the system, through the formation of the ideological (mental) physical order of consciousness and the thinking action. (It's not that the physical order forming effect is the direct cause of the living things's movement).
10) The physical order forming effect isn't provided with intelligence
By the way, it seems that the physical order forming effect arising from the reduction of entropy production rate is not provided with intelligence. This effect only promotes the formation of the ideological (mental) physical order in the whole of a system, Still, if it works on (the measurement action and) the computation action which are actions of matter, in the whole system, strangely enough, somehow the ideological thinking action which aims at forming the integrate and comprehensive physical order in a living body is formed.
11) The thinking action is unpredictable
Furthermore, it can never be predicted what kind of thinking action will be formed. No one knows it. No one can know it. Even the physical order forming effect, which is the driving force for the formation, doesn't know. It's because this effect only puts actions, which fulfill ideological work, of substances together to make big actions. No intelligence is provided for this effect. The thinking action is only formed naturally and automatically without intention of living things (consciousness). (Conversely, the thinking action formed becomes the intention of living things (consciousness)).
12) Unpredictability is the key of newness
However, unpredictability, uncertainty, or indefinteness seems to be the driving force for the emergence of newness in living things. (On the other hand, machines cannot bear what is unpredictable and new, even if they stand upside down). It seems to be the key that separates living things from machines whether or not what is unpredictable and new can be borne.
13) Unpredictability and comprehensiveness is the key of life
Moreover, it also seems to be one of the keys that a big and comprehensive thinking action, which can think surveying the whole of a living body, --so to speak, intelligence-- is formed. For this reason, big physical order can be formed.
14) Comprehensiveness and integrateness are ones of indispensable requirements of physical order
Physical order must necessarily be formed from plural (innumerable) components. And, there is nothing that can brought overall comprehensiveness and integrateness for the formation of physical order to the components other than great action called conscioucness --intelligence--.
So, machines with no surveying ability cannot at all design (or, plan) new order.
15) Every activity of living things comes under the formation of the physical order
Therefore, every activity of living things, fundamentally, comes under the formation (and the maintenance) of physical order.
16) The thinking action equipped in consciousness runs automatically
By the bye, consciousness doesn't fulfill thinking directly. Consciousness is consists of the measurement action and the thinking action, and these actions run automatically. And, consciousness feels things like shadows of their movement as bodily sensation and senses of thought.

The formation of comprehensive thinking action --big computation action-- in a living body such as a microorganism or a cell is expected as follows.
a) The comprehensive thinking about a whole living body is done by the comprehensive thinking action of consciousness. A state at the next moment is computed according to the present state, situation, and the physical properties of constituent substances of a living body.
b) The comprehensive thinking action is formed as one which aims to form (or, sustain, update) constructively and productively the physical order of the whole living body at the next moment, according to the present state, situation, and the physical properties of constituent substances, from the computation action --one of the matter actions-- of each substance. This owes to the occurrence of physical order forming effect arising from the reduction of entropy production rate.
(However, it's not that intelligence is provided to the physical order forming effect or the reduction of entropy production rate. First of all, the computation action of matter computes the physical state of the matter at the next moment. And, matter's physical state at the next moment is, namely, the physical order of the matter at the next moment. In other words, the computation action of matter computes physical order by nature, and the computation of physical order is the origin of intelligence. The intelligence at the level of living things (living bodies) is formed through the fusion of a large number of such a thing).
c) The entire thought (idea) computed by the comprehensive thinking action expresses the state of the whole living body at the next moment. And this is conveyed automatically to the constituent substances. The idea expressing the next state is conveyed for each substance. (It seems that, since the thinking action of consciousness is formed from actions, which fulfill ideological work, of substances, the entire thought is formed as one that of thoughts of each substance put together. Even if the entire thought is formed from the beginning, each part of it seems to come automatically to be the thought --the idea expressing the state at the next moment-- of individual substance).
d) Each substance changes into that state the next moment basing on the automatically conveyed expression (idea) of the next state. This physical change is achieved by the operation action --one of the matter actions-- of each substance.
e) As a result, the whole living body changes into the state computed by the comprehensive thinking action the next moment.
f) Moreover, the comprehensive thinking action changes (is updated) every moment according to the present state, situation, and the physical properties of substances. Thereby, even time-consuming dynamic physical order such as fulfilling some metabolism can be formed integrally through the work of a reciprocal feedback loop.
