家に帰ります
After a long journey, Ryu and Lyra finally arrived back at Ryu's family home. Although simple, the house felt warm, bringing back memories and a sense of comfort that they had missed. Ryu's father and mother greeted them with relieved smiles.
"You're home too," said the mother in a soft voice, then hugged Ryu and Lyra. "We were so worried."
"Sorry for worrying you," Ryu replied with a smile, his eyes looking at his family with gratitude.
That night, Ryu's family decided to spend some time together. They all sat on the sofa, wrapped in warm blankets, and ate a simple meal that his mother had prepared.
Shocking Broadcast
In front of them, the television was on, showing the latest news. A newscaster with a serious face began to speak:
"The president of Cyber City has announced a grand plan to protect the entire city. He will build a giant energy barrier called the 'Aegis Barrier.' This barrier is designed to withstand all types of attacks, both physical and magical, in order to protect the residents from extraordinary threats."
Ryu put down his chopsticks, paying close attention to the broadcast. "A big barrier? What exactly is happening in Cyber City?" he asked quietly.
Lyra, who was sitting next to him, also put on a serious face. "Maybe they've detected something... a bigger threat than we imagined."
Ryu's father, who was usually quiet, responded in a calm voice. "If a city as big as Cyber City decided to create a barrier like that, then something is wrong. Maybe the threat is not just to the city, but to the entire world."
An Important Discussion
They all looked at each other. Although the warmth of family was still felt, the news brought anxiety.
"If there really is a big threat, we can't just sit idly by," Ryu finally said. "We have to find out what really happened."
His mother touched Ryu's shoulder gently. "But you also have to take care of yourself, Ryu. This world does need you, but we don't want to lose you either."
Ryu nodded, understanding his family's worries. "I promise I'll be careful. But I can't let the people suffer."
That night, even though their hearts were filled with worry, the family still enjoyed their time together. Ryu knew that moments like this were the reason why he had to keep fighting, to protect everything he loved.
And in the distance, in Cyber City, the president prepares to announce his next move, one that will shake the entire world.
