ライラに捕らえられた
After the large shadow disappeared, Ryu who had drained all his energy began to lose consciousness. His vision began to blur, and his body felt very heavy.
"Lyra... I'm sorry... I can't hold on any longer..." Ryu muttered weakly before his body fell to the ground.
Lyra immediately caught him, hugging Ryu's unconscious body. Lyra's eyes showed a mixture of worry and determination. "I won't let you go like this, Ryu. You've sacrificed too much for me."
However, in an instant, Lyra's expression turned serious. She looked around, making sure there were no more threats lurking. After feeling safe, she carried Ryu on her back, even though Ryu's body was much heavier than hers.
"I have to take you to a safe place," she whispered softly.
Journey to Shelter
Lyra walked slowly through the ruins of the destroyed city. Every step she took felt heavy, but she didn't give up. She knew that Ryu was their only hope to fight the greater power behind all this chaos.
Along the way, Lyra spoke to Ryu, even though she knew he couldn't hear her. "You've always protected me, Ryu. This time, let me protect you."
However, the journey was not easy. The dense forest and scattered debris made Lyra's steps difficult. In addition, strange sounds from afar kept her on guard.
A Safe Place
After walking for several hours, Lyra finally found a cave that seemed safe. She carried Ryu inside, carefully placing him on a flat surface covered in leaves.
Lyra looked at Ryu's face, which looked peaceful despite being covered in wounds and fatigue. Gently, she cleaned the blood on Ryu's face and bandaged his wounds.
"You will recover, Ryu," she said in a voice full of hope.
However, just as Lyra was about to rest, she felt something strange. The air in the cave suddenly turned cold, and a voice echoed from the shadows.
"You think you can hide it from me, little girl?"
Lyra was shocked. She immediately stood up and took a small knife from her pocket, preparing to protect Ryu at all costs.
From the shadows, a tall figure emerged with the same dark aura as the previous large shadow. But this time, the figure had a clearer form, with glowing red eyes and a body covered in black mist.
"Hand him over to me, or you'll regret it," the figure threatened.
Lyra did not back down. With full courage, she stood in front of Ryu's body, protecting him. "You have to get through me first!" she shouted.
The figure chuckled. "How brave... But unfortunately, your courage is not enough."
A new battle began, with Lyra risking everything to protect Ryu from the approaching threat.
