On a bright day, as Ryu and Lyra sat under a large tree in the middle of the forest, a sudden gust of wind swept through. The wind carried something unusual—a letter that floated gently and landed right in front of them. The letter looked anything but ordinary. Its color was a faded gray, and its shape seemed undefined. There was no address, no writing, no marks to indicate its origin.
Ryu picked up the letter cautiously, sensing something strange about it. As he held it, a vibration seemed to pulse from the letter through his entire body. Lyra, standing beside him, felt it too—her body slightly trembled, as if the letter possessed an extraordinary energy.
"What is this?" Lyra asked, her voice trembling with worry.
Ryu could only stare at the letter with deep curiosity. "I don’t know, but... something feels off about it."
Hesitantly, Ryu unfolded the letter. Yet, as soon as he opened it, something extraordinary happened. The letter contained no writing, no pictures, no information at all. It was completely blank. Yet, strangely, as the letter opened, the reality around them began to shift and tremble.
"Ryu, look!" Lyra exclaimed, pointing toward the sky. The previously clear sky suddenly changed, appearing distorted. Waves rippled through the air, bending light and making the world around them seem as though it were warping.
"This… this isn’t normal," Ryu said with growing concern. "It’s like this letter… can affect reality!"
Suddenly, time around them began to slow. Leaves falling from the tree hovered in mid-air, and the flight of birds seemed frozen in place. Everything slowed to a crawl, and Ryu and Lyra felt as though they were trapped in a different space—a space outside of time.
"Ryu!" Lyra called out, trying to move, but every step felt heavy, as though wading through thick water. "What’s happening?"
Ryu gripped the letter tighter, hoping to stop its effects. Yet, the more he held it, the stronger the distortions became. He could feel that the letter was connected to something greater, something capable of manipulating time and possibly even altering fate itself.
A question echoed in Ryu’s mind: What is this letter capable of? And who sent it?
Lyra, struggling to breathe, tried to move closer to Ryu, but her steps grew increasingly sluggish. "Ryu… we have to stop this!"
Ryu looked at Lyra and then back at the letter. A powerful feeling welled up inside him—that this letter was not just an empty object. It was a tool of something far larger, a key to a mystery they couldn’t yet comprehend.
With all the strength he had left, Ryu gripped the letter tightly and channeled his energy to try to stabilize the distorted reality. Yet, no matter how hard he tried, the letter’s power remained untamed. Merely holding the letter, Ryu could feel the immense impact it had on the world.
"If we don’t find a way to stop this, everything will collapse," Ryu said, his voice low but resolute.
Suddenly, the distorted sky began to form strange patterns, shapes that defied explanation. Within those patterns, a face seemed to emerge, watching them. The letter was not merely a physical object—it was a representation of something far greater, something beyond their current understanding.
"We need to find out who sent this," Lyra said firmly, "and why this letter can affect reality."
Ryu nodded, feeling the unpredictable power of the letter. They had to uncover the truth behind it—and, if possible, return it to its origin before it was too late.
