Summer Haze

A troubled boy who contemplates ending his life, a teacher with a strange request, and memories that don’t belong to him—what connects these fragments of existence? This is what the boy tries to understand in his final moments, as he stands on the edge of a rooftop. With the key to the rooftop borrowed from his teacher in exchange for his soul, he is suddenly shown vivid memories of a girl's life. As he pieces together these memories, he begins to search for a meaning in his own life, perhaps uncovering something deeper about himself through her experiences.
