Kuro to Shiro no Shinfoni (Symphony of Black and White)
Chapter 1: First Day at High School
February 5, 2019 everything is as it should be, blue sky, busy streets filled with people heading to work, cars honking on the street. Just like any other day, everything was normal. My name is Koshiro Kurokawa, a normal highschool boy with no special talents whatsoever.
Today is my first day at Kusarami High School, while walking to school I got a glimps of a cute girl, she’s so cute, her long white hair looked like snow in the spring, she was beautiful like a white cherry blossom. Maybe I will get to see her again and ask her name.
I entered the classroom, I always pick a seat next to the windows, I survey the room quickly for cute girls, and I see a lot of candidates. The teacher entered the room, he seemed a bit gloomy, somewhat pale, and has a purple glow in his eyes, contact lenses maybe.
One by one we introduced each other in front of the class. The girl sitting next to me introduced herself
“Hi I’m Sayumi Sakura, nice to meet you.”
Sayumi Sakura the class representative, smart, kind a little bit clumsy, and have her large breast are pressing against my desk which is making me nervous, I need hold in my manly instinct.
Koshiro: “Um. Nice to meet you too, I’m Koshiro Kurokawa, new student.”
Sayumi: “New student huh? Well don’t be shy to ask me for help.”
My first conversation with a cute girl in this school, however I prefer girls that are younger than me, but a conversation with a girl a year older than me passes for a great experience on the first day.
The bell rings, meaning class is dismissed, I see Sayumi waving at me
Sayumi: “Koshiro-kun, wanna eat lunch together?”
Koshiro: “Uh, sure I would love to”
Just as we were about to eat lunch, we heard a scream across the campus, the sound came from the teacher’s faculty room. I thought it was gonna be a quiet day, I guess I was wrong.
We quickly rushed towards the faculty room, the scream turned to silence, we knocked and received no response, I opened the door and there I saw the teacher from our previous class eating another teacher, with blood dripping from his mouth and his eyes glowing bright purple, he saw us and savagely rushed towards us with an intention to kill, this thing is no longer a human being.
I quickly shut the door, holding it close and told Sayumi to go get help. Damn am I going to die? I never thought my life would end this way. The door is starting to break, it won’t last much longer, but then someone shouted at me.
Girl: “Hey! Over here.”
She was calling me, I couldn’t hold the door any longer so I ran and went to her. We ran all the way to the rooftop, the thing still chasing us, luckily I was able to bar the doors to the rooftop, that should give us enough time to think of a way out or until help arrives.
Girl: “Nice Job.”
This girl isn’t she the one I saw earlier going to school, this must be fate, no this is not the time to be thinking about that.
Theresa: “My name’s Theresa, you owe me bigtime for saving you back there”
Koshiro: “Thanks, The name’s Koshiro”
Theresa: “Koshiro let me ask you something”
Koshiro: “What is it?”
Theresa: “Would you be willing to fight to save a life”
Koshiro: “Huh?”
That's when my whole life suddenly changed, my meeting with her must really be fate. This day is not what I expected, some first day at high school.
