1.Encounter with a ninja④
The monster jumped towards her with burning torso. She jumped high and avoided it. The monster attacked her again, but she avoided it. Rintaro didn't understand why she didn't fight back. He thought she should make the flames like before. At that time she said to him.
"Pick up the scroll and give it to me!" Rintaro didn't know what that meant. When he looked at floor, something like the ballpoint pen she was holding had fallen. he picked it up and it was certainly a small scroll, not a ballpoint pen. The paper wrapped around a thin, black stick, which made it look like an old samurai letter to him. He understood that she couldn't make that flame if she didn't hold it. Suddenly there was a loud noise. She was thrown by a monster, hit a wall and fell. The monster slowly turned toward Rintaro, moving her long tongue. That was the position for the jump. Rintaro clasped the scroll with her one hand and, like her, raised the index and middle fingers of one hand straight.

"I've come to help you," said the frog, turning back and jumping towards the monster. And he hit the monster's face with all one's might. The monster was blown to the kitchen and collapsed. Rintaro thought the frog is very strong.

The monster got up. She turned to it and raised her two fingers.
"Do your best, Miss!" Said the frog.
"Let me Focus on," she said quietly. The monster is in a jumping position again. She stands silently. The monster jumped.
"Katon no jutsu(The art of fire)!" She shouted and immediately took her breath. And she exhaled her strongly. A flame larger than the previous one came out. The flame wrapped the whole body of the monster. The monster fell on the floor with a painful scream. It's struggling. In the meantime, Rintaro and she both ran towards the corridor. Rintaro left the front door. And she also left the door like flying right behind him. And they fell into a weedy garden. Rintaro took a rough breath. He is quite thirsty. Sweat is flowing all over his body. In contrast, she touched her shoulder painfully, but she soon returned to her calm look. "Isn't that monster chasing us anymore?" Rintaro asked, out of breath.
"Yes, it's okay. It was burned to death by the flames," she said in a cool tone. Rintaro was relieved and relaxed and lay on his back on the ground. For the first time in his life, he was delighted from the bottom of his heart that he was alive. There was a natural laughter from him. Rintaro said to her, who looked at him suspiciously.
"Thank you. I'm Rintaro Mogami. Nice to meet you." When she heard that, she showed Rintaro her first upset expression.
