黄昏時、私達は、森に立っていた。

We were standing in the forest when it was twilight.

空では、淡い紺青と黄金色の芒が混ざり合う。

Light navy blue and the golden colour of silver grass merge in the sky.

彼は、薄暗い木々の間で、目を赤くしていた。

I saw his eyes become red between the gloomy trees.

僕は、彼女の前で泣いてしまった。

I wept in front of her.

小さく、嗚咽を喉で殺し、胃に押し込んだ。

I killed my sobs with my throat and pushed them into my stomach.

彼女の事をふいに、思い出してしまった所為だった。

Because I remember her suddenly.

紺青の空が僕の心臓を食べていた。

Navy blue sky consumed my heart.

もう夜みたいだ。

It’s already night.

私は、一人だった。

I was alone.

もう私には、彼が見えない。

I already cannot see him.

目尻に、水分が溜まっていく。

The corners of my eyes have tears in them.

薄暗い森に、光が流れ込んでくる。

Light find one’s way into the gloomy forest.

芒色の空が私の目を、視界を奪っていった。

Silver grass snatch my sight and dazzle one’s my eyes.

夜明けが迫っていた。
