The fairy tale of Counterpart Bob

Once upon a time, there lived an official worker named George and a constructor named Nick. They were very close to each other.

One day, George had to have a small official construction done. However, it is not always the case that Nick can do it for George because the law says there must be some kind of price competition. Before the announcement of the construction, George investigated the place where it was due. I don't know why, but Nick accompanied him. After the investigation, Nick said to George,

"I want the couterpart to be Bob."

So, anyway, in the end, Nick could do the construction for George.
