I can estimate that diameter of the Ferris wheel is 20 meters.
Considering that the entrance of the gondolas and that that gondola is at -30 degree form horizon, I can also estimate that that gondola is 10 meters high from ground.
If they fall down from there, they must be injured.
It takes 1.4 second for that gondola to fall down for 10 meters, which is independent from weight of that gondola.
Now, I am a lioness, which can run at maximum speed 22 meters per second. I cannot keep maximum speed for a long period, but it should be no problem in this situation.
The most important point is whether I can reach to within 30 meters by that gondola initiates to fall down.
There was open space around the Ferris wheel when I ran out of the crowd of people.
So, then, I am able to reach my maximum speed here.
I accelerated myself with putting on my eyes on that gondola.
The mother and her baby slipped from that gondola, when I was approximately 30 meters from the falling point of that gondola.
The mother holding her baby on her arms, and is falling with her back below.
The pose is reasonable to reduce an impact on body when they hit on the ground, which might help to rescue them, but they still are at risk.
However, there will be no problem.
I made it.
I jumped to the mother, and put my back and her back together to reduce her velocity as possible. Then, I bent my body to turn her vertical velocity to horizontal velocity from the ground, and I repeated to stretch and bend my body to brush her away horizontally.
She and I split in different directions, and landed and rolled on the ground
I stand on immediately, and saw the mother and her baby.
Her baby was 1 meter ahead from the mother, who is looks fine even if she has scratches.
Putting my eyes on her baby, I knew it started crying.
I totally relieved.
