An incident at the Ferris wheel
I indeed enjoy doing construction of my new theory in my brain.
Suddenly, a big incident changed my ordinal life.
As usually I do, I saw the Ferris wheel and enjoyed doing calculation a relation between a force from roll acceleration of the Ferris wheel and a shaking of the gondolas of the Ferris wheel.
Then, suddenly, I realized that acceleration of the Ferris wheel became zero, that is, the Ferris wheel stopped at once. Also, I found one of the gondolas which is -30 degree from horizon was abnormally shaking.
The gondolas heeled over.
I saw that a woman and her baby inside the gondola were slipping to the door of the gondola, which is open for the ground.
I hit on, I should help them immediately.
I rushed into a swing inside my fence, thinking the way to jump over the fence.
I have calculated the energy for me to jump over the fence.
The parameters I need are distance between the swing and the fence, height of the fence, and weight of mine.
There is no time to measure them, so I estimate them, so, they are 5 meters, 2 meters and 120 kilograms, respectively.
Because distance between the swing and the fence should be the limiting step to control the success of my trial, it should be better to jump far away than to jump to higher. I want to obtain as much kinetic energy from the swing as possible without losing energy as potential energy.
In my calculation, I have to rock the swing until it reaches to 65 degree, then I should jump from the swing at the point of 40 degree. So, I hopefully get to the top of the fence.
I rushed into on the swing, and started to rock it as much as I can.
