And now I wonder how to get out of all this? In the sense of the traps.
You will be surprised, but there are quite simple exercises that help me to clear my perception.
And then it will become clear to me what to do next.

Protection from disappointment
There is such a feature of the human character as "Striving for novelty". But when the novelty wears off, disappointment ensues.
I recently started to practice the method of rescuing from the wave of frustration. I called this method "Reasonable Doubt".
For example, here's a case. I needed to stick a protective glass on my smartphone screen. I accidentally stumbled upon a store where they suggested sticking some kind of "gel film" instead of glass, which seems to be better than glass, because it is soft, protective, etc. It costs (film) 5 times more expensive than ordinary glass. And, of course, I was covered with a "wave of novelty". "Delightfully expensive, hard, soft, gel, just wow!" - is spinning in my head. Finally, they put a film on my smartphone, and, walking away from the store, I subjected this acquisition to "reasonable doubt."
1. “Is there anything glued on my smartphone? I saw how the glass was washed, but I noticed how it was glued. When viewed (“on the move”), the smartphone has not changed. "
2. "Maybe they glued ordinary glass, but five times more expensive?"
3. "... etc."
Well, yes, this "reasonable doubt" was more like a "quiet panic".
Nevertheless, a couple of days passed, and the "wave of disappointment" did not cover me.
Not bad in my opinion!

How to get rid of the routine?
When I attended the shoe workshop, I saw an interesting psychological technique. Shoemakers who have made some progress in mastering can begin observing their hands as if they were from the outside, with enthusiasm and surprise. "The ticks bloom themselves. I just pull." - I received an enthusiastic comment.
How to apply it? I give myself instructions. For example, "wash your hands." I'm watching a play. And, importantly, I have not done another installation yet. "He" not only washed his hands, but also noticed that he was wiping them. And now he goes to the kitchen. In doing so, I give the following instructions very carefully. For example, "peel the eggs." I watch further. He not only completed everything, but also bit the egg. And he chews much more carefully (I'm usually in a hurry). You can try giving "him" a few more instructions. Then it would be nice to get distracted and go into normal activity mode. Repeat after a long break.
This method is best done at home. Use for safe procedures.

My Allergen Detection
I have been looking for an allergen for a long time and I happened to find it. The training was helpful. At that time, I went to training early in the morning, but I often drank energy drinks before training. Then another mug for thermos training and breakfast at home. My health has begun to deteriorate. I had to stop exercising. And I started looking for a reason. At first I excluded the exercises I did. Then the suspicion fell into the sugar of the drink.
