私たちサイバーサイジング社は、「最高のITビジネスサービスをお届けする」というスローガンのもと、創業以来、世界中の企業・社会・人々と誠実に向き合ってまいりました。
私たちはもともと、FBIという公的機関に身を置き、国家安全、情報保護、人命と社会を守る現場で働いてきました。その経験を通じて強く感じたのは、「ITは、使い方次第で社会を守る力にも、壊す力にもなり得る」**という現実でした。
FBIを退職し、30代前半で起業を決意したのは、技術と倫理を両立させたIT企業を、自らの手でつくりたいという思いからです。
技術、現場経験、人との信頼関係――
それらすべてを基盤に、サイバーサイジング社は誕生しました。
創業当初、サイバーサイジング社はアメリカ本社を中心に、企業向けのセキュリティシステム、ITインフラ、基幹システム構築といった分野から事業を開始しました。
情報を守り、社会の基盤を支えることを最優先に、安全性と信頼性を重視したITサービスを提供してきました。
その後、30代後半から40代にかけて事業は大きく広がっていきます。企業向けの高度なセキュリティシステムに加え、企業向けサーバーの提供・運用、物流や飲食物を含む宅配物の管理システム、それらを統合的に制御・最適化するITプラットフォームへと発展しました。
さらに、これらの事業を支えるため、サーバーやコンピューター、スマートフォン向けの業務用・家庭用ソフトウェア、テレビ通話などのコミュニケーションツール、そして業務用ロボットの開発・運用へと領域を拡張し、企業活動から日常生活に至るまでを支える総合ITサービス企業へと成長していきました。
世界各地に展開した支社では、それぞれの国や地域の文化・社会背景を尊重しながら、最適なITサービスを提供することを大切にしてきました。
この時期に、サイバーサイジング社の象徴ともいえる案内ロボット「サイバードロイド」**の開発や、世界的な顧客企業との信頼関係が築かれ、私たち自身も企業アンバサダーとして世界を巡るようになります。
創業から5年、10年、15年、20年と時を重ねる中で、サイバーサイジング社は「誰もが名前を知る大手グローバルIT企業」へと成長し、おかげさまで25周年を迎えることができました。
40代後半から50代前半にかけて迎えた成熟・黄金期には、約125の国と地域に支社を構え、150名の支社長とともに、世界規模の事業体制を確立しました。
この時期、私たちが特に力を注いだのは、技術だけではなく「人」を中心に据えた企業づくりです。
社員とその家族を支える福利厚生、保育園・教育施設、文化活動、国際交流。これらはすべて、持続可能で、信頼され、愛される企業であるために不可欠な基盤だと考えています。
私たちサイバーサイジング社が何より大切にしているのは、「善をもって技術を扱うこと」です。

Corporate Philosophy: Delivering the Best IT Business Services
Since our founding, Cybersizing has faithfully engaged with businesses, societies, and individuals around the world under the slogan "Delivering the Best IT Business Services."
Originally, we worked for the FBI, a public institution, in the fields of national security, information protection, and protecting human lives and society. Through that experience, we were deeply impressed by the reality that "IT, depending on how it is used, can either protect or destroy society."**
After leaving the FBI and deciding to start our own business in our early 30s, we wanted to create an IT company that combines technology and ethics.
Cybersizing was born on the foundation of technology, field experience, and trusting relationships with people.
In its early days, Cybersizing, headquartered in the United States, began business in areas such as corporate security systems, IT infrastructure, and mission-critical systems development. We have provided IT services that emphasize safety and reliability, with the highest priority on protecting information and supporting the infrastructure of society.
Our business expanded significantly from our late 30s to our 40s. In addition to advanced security systems for businesses, we developed into the provision and operation of corporate servers, logistics and delivery management systems for food and beverages, and an IT platform that integrated and optimized all of these.
To support these businesses, we further expanded our business to include business and home software for servers, computers, and smartphones, communication tools like video calls, and the development and operation of commercial robots, growing into a comprehensive IT services company that supports everything from corporate activities to everyday life.
Our branches around the world have placed great importance on providing optimal IT services while respecting the cultural and social backgrounds of each country and region.
It was during this period that we developed Cybersizing's iconic guide robot, the Cyberdroid**. We also built relationships of trust with global client companies, and began traveling the world as corporate ambassadors.
As the years passed from our founding—five, ten, and fifteen years—Cybersizing grew into a major global IT company known to everyone.
During our golden age, from our late 40s to early 50s, we established a global business structure with branches in approximately 150 countries and regions and 125 branch managers.
During this time, we focused particularly on building a company that puts people at the center, not just technology.
