Act 2 , chapter 9 - one pig of a problem
Meanwhile at the beach:
Lust prepared her spear yet again.
Lust: so you think you can run from us for over 20 years and we wouldn't manage to track you down... Well it was hard but i finally managed to figure out your plan
She dashes towards him yet again as he rolls sideways dodging the spear with particular ease
Cult leader: well ya appearing out of nowhere surely put a dent into my plans and yar strong I'd give ya that. But you have no idea of why I'm here... I have a meeting with someone who's like the big fish and that kid just happen to peak my interest with his particular aura.- he says as he throws what looks like to be a charged air stone at her which produces a gust of fog
lust: that's just a cheap trick, come and fight me like a true man.
Cult leader: ya know , I'm not keen on fighting a sin guard right now, plus I'm pretty sure we'll meet again soon, sayonara.
He says as he jumps oh his ship again
Lust: uhh i can't abandon the cult leader but on the other side there's the missing princess... Fine I'll go after her
Meanwhile at the treehouse:
Luci: we gotta pack our stuff we're leaving the island this instant
Ren: are you a runaway or something
Luci: well yes... But actually no, it's complicated tho I think the sin guards are interested in miss princess over here and since lust saw me helping you... I'd probably get interrogated and dealing with nobiles is the last thing i want
Ren, momi and luci quickly pack their stuff leaving no time to waste.
Luci: well since lust is mainly guarding the coast right now i suggest we climb on top of the mountain there we can use a spell to leave the island.
Momi: but i thought you said almost no one can teleport to this island
Luci: well we're not gonna be exactly teleporting... Well you'll see .
They start running uphill towards the mountain top. As they do Ren realisses how inefficient the initial path he chose the climb to the shrine was. As they climb on top of the mountain they see what looks to be a meadow.
Luci: well this looks like the perfect place to head.
Luci prepares herself to cast a spell... When suddenly she gets knocked by a charging... Pig with a iron helmet?
Ren: is this a royal hog... Don't they usually come in packs of four or something.
Luci: WHAT DID YOU TWO DO TO HAVE 2... WAIT NO 3 SIN GUARDS CHASING AFTER YOU.
The pig rushes towards luci who pulls out her scythe blocking the attack, as she does another pig jumps from the other side of the mountain top trying to ram into momi, but Ren somehow against all odds manages to block the pig's attack with his sword... but he can't hold that longer so he drops it. Luci summons a fireball(54)at the pig near her and makes a firewall around Ren and momi (47). The other pig- the one attacking Momi and Ren turns it's attention to Luci.
Luci: Well i never expected to see both gluttony and lust on the same day but i guess weird things can happen- She says shrugging trying to hide the fact that's she's extremely terrified at the moment- but I'm not a demon princess for no reason.
For her next attack she starts shooting a barrage of fire bullets(42) hitting one of the pigs. The pigs shocked that they managed to get hit nod to each other and ram into each other head first and their helmets become something like a full on armor of metal plates that covers their entire body. Luci,clearly frustrated launches 3 fireballs .And as if in sync they maneuver dodging all of them managing to no hit them all and ram into her knee... She growls when she suddenly sees lust running towards the hilltop. She realizes they probably can't do anything so she lowers the firewall she put around Ren and Momi.
Luci: wait for it, wait for it.
As lust reaches the hilltop luci smirks like she's been waiting for this moment. Luci focuses her entire energy and summons a giant tornado which takes her, Momi, Ren, both pigs(gluttony) and lust. In the tornado as they are all spinning, luci uses her controll over it to push Ren, momi and herself on top of it and to fling lust and gluttony towards the sea which they fall in.
Luci: well that worked better then i expected... Well now we wait until the pell dies off and puts us in clear ground
Inventory
Ren's Inventory: a school backpack, a history book, a English book, a pencil case filled with school supplies, chemistry book, a bag with a power bank and a phone inside, a wallet full with money from their world and what looks to be a fallen Acorn from a random tree, and a flash drive, a metallic sword, a calculator with just one battery inside
Momi's inventory: a school backpack, a math book, a English book and a geography book, a pencil case filled with school supplies, a purse, bottle of perfume, a wallet filled with money from their world, a phone and a bunch of love letters, a all purpose magic staff, a magic tome full with spells.Current Mana 128/128
Luci's inventory:a ruggy old leather bag with a makeshift bamboo lunch box containing cooked boar meat, a makeshift flint knife, and a shrunken magical scythe. Current Mana :2/58
This is the end of act 2, i hope you like it, I'll probably take a small break before starting act 3.
