寄せては返す浅瀬を歩く
深く感じたのは波がきたからか
それとも自ら足を踏み入れたのか
迎えにきたようにも
拒んでいるようにも見える
聞こえるこえは泣いているのか
それとも喜んでいるのか
いつの間にか飛び込んでいた
それが普通とさえ信じていた
孤独なはずの大海で
あなたたちを見つけたよ
それは目を逸らしもすればあるいは
微笑み返したものも在る
僕らが海を作っていた
ある日は美しい世界を目指して
辿り着くと混沌に見えた
でももう泪は見えない
いつの間にか私も一部で
あなたやこの世界と同じになった
孤独なのと聞かれたとき
それはもう違うと気づかせてくれたのは
いつの日も孤独の大海
Walking along the shallow waters, where waves come and go.
Did I feel the depth because the waves arrived,
Or was it because I stepped in on my own?
It seemed as if it had come to welcome me,
Yet, at the same time, it looked like it was pushing me away.
The voice I hear —
Is it crying?
Or is it filled with joy?
Before I knew it, I had leapt in.
I even believed it to be the natural thing to do.
In the vast ocean of solitude,
I found you.
Some averted their eyes from it,
While others smiled back at it.
We were the ones creating the sea.
On some days, we set our sights on a beautiful world,
But when we arrived, it looked like chaos.
Yet, I can no longer see the tears.
Before I realized it,
I had become a part of it all —
A part of you,
A part of this world.
When asked, "Are you lonely?"
I realized that was no longer true.
And it was always
The vast ocean of solitude
That made me see it.
