The reason why I fell in love with road bikes is actually the influence of Japanese anime.
There is an anime called "Yowamushi Pedal".
The story is about a boy who loves anime and tries his hand at the sport of road biking for the first time.
In Japan, people who really like anime are called otaku.
The main character was an otaku. He rides a road bike to make friends with him.
And then he discovers the fun of racing a road bike.
In the past, I wasn't interested in bicycles, so I didn't watch this anime.
But I found out about this anime because it was made into a movie with an actor that I like.
It's such a great anime.
I want people who don't ride bicycles to watch this anime.
