Without becoming a teacher, I realized that my stories are not interesting to anyone. Everyone loves to tell their own. And I have fewer friends.

Therefore, I chose the path of creating small useful techniques. And I spent a lot of time on it. Then it turned out that this invention, which I considered mine, is called a "live hack".

What is in front of you reminds the story of my life. All stories are quite "silent", they resemble a draft of future teachers' lectures and, finally, contain a small valuable methodology.

After all, spontaneity is attributed here as the basis of action? These are "Motivators Without Motivation". Well, as everyone already guessed, these are instincts. Well, then I can spin. Like, - "From this any action is instinctive...", etc.

Already in my youth, I gradually developed a “protruding chest” gait. This runner also ran far throwing his legs. He did not seem to be running, but was jumping. Perhaps this influenced the formation of my gait, - I go far throwing my legs. He also protruded far and lifted his chin. Well, I (here already unconsciously) probably developed a manner of walking in such a way, lifting my chin. And I fell into a hole. In the wild, animals usually run around, head down sniffing something. If the chin is straight and forward, the state of attention (plus sniffing). Chin forward and upward – aggression. Well, such a guy is walking along the school corridor, chest wheel, chin up. Plus, I still had a way to smile (in the wild - to grimace fangs that is). In general, not everyone liked it. I remember my Karate trainer asked: "Why do you walk and don’t look at your feet?"Thank you very much, Sensei! Arigato! Excuse me, only now I understand your wise instruction.Today, while working to improve my cerebral circulation, I recalled Sensei's way of walking with her chin slightly lowered. And only today I began to train this manner. The point is some neck muscle tension. Chin up, - tension, down (slightly) - relaxation.

I felt the increasing "ball" and began to massage it (clockwise). Not for long! First (a couple of days) this technique caused a little dizziness. Then the dizziness passed. Now Id o a“ball search” little by little during the day.

Naturally, when teachers asked me a lesson, I did not remember anything and was very surprised at this. It worked on the last ingredient, the negative conditions were gone, health began to recover.

For example, I needed to stick a protective glass for the smartphone screen and accidentally stumbled upon a kiosk where it was suggested instead of glass to stick. some kind of “gel film” that seems to be better than glass because it is soft, protective, etc. It cost (film) 5 times more expensive than ordinary glass. These pasted me a film, and moving away from the kiosk, I subjected this acquisition to "reasonable doubt."

I felt the increasing "ball" and began to massage it (clockwise). Not for long. First (a couple of days) this technique caused a little dizziness. Then the dizziness passed. But it may appear from time to time. Now I do a “ball search” little by little during the day.

Quickly relax my neck muscles. Pull the jaw forward. Stick out tongue. The jaw begins to slowly be pulled back, probing the muscles of the neck at the base of the skull, until it relaxes.

I deduced that when mastering pranayama (any) I need to pay attention to the patency of the nasal passages.

Even when performing pranayama, and especially Anuloma Viloma, control over the tension, which can be felt as if inside the brain, is necessary. It is possibly of an electric nature, that is, this problem is with nerves going to the brain, as I found out with facial nerves. It is difficult to control facial expressions, and during the exercise, a person diligently following all the instructions involuntarily wrinkles his face, accordingly activating the facial nerves. Until the relaxation of the facial muscles is mastered, pressing the two points under the cheekbones with my fingers (Only of course the base of the pads of the first phalanges of the fingers.) helps me.

At the first stage, I try to breathe with my nose and mouth at the same time to reduce the burden on the nose. Then about 1/3 of the total flow will enter the nose.

Now the pose for doing Anuloma Viloma. I developed a pose for myself. I called this pose "木の枝でリラックス" (Ki no eda de rirakkusu) - "Relaxing on tree branch".

I lie down on my back, pull up my legs, arms along the body. The chin is slightly pulled up to the chest (to determine the position with the greatest relaxation of the neck). The feet are feet on the surface and turned slightly to the sides, the feet are slightly raised in the middle, the angle under the knees is approximately 90 degrees. In general, it seems that under my knees a tree branch and I hung on one branch, and hands holding another. Hands are comfortably bent at the elbows, palms down and conveniently slightly bent, as if grabbing a branch.

It’s still not bad to start the implementation of Anuloma Viloma to master hygiene, an enema, find your allergy and intolerable products, try separate nutrition - all this will increase sensitivity to better feel what is happening in the body. But of course there is a way to urgently prevent an accident, when you need a yoga exercise right now, without delay. In this state, I did Cobra Pose every day, trying to prevent a stoop.

In a normal state in humans, one of the hemispheres is more active. This activity passes from one hemisphere to another. Anuloma Viloma perhaps helps harmonize this process.

So Anloma Viloma, made taking into account all of the above, allows me to restore the normal functioning of the hemispheres in one or two breaths. One breath is a test to tune in and feel which hemisphere is now active. And the second - corrective, if the hemispheres are "naughty." Then I need to observe their "behavior" throughout the day.
