Mugi was playing with his bone in the garden.
The chicken bone was a keepsake of his dead mother. ☆keepsake 形見
Under the warm spring sunlight, he was feeling happy.
But…
“Bow-wow, bow-wow, bow-wow!”
Suddenly, the low bark broke the silence.
Mugi stood up quickly and barked.
“Bow-wow, b, bow-wow, bow…!?”
The dog was very big.
Mugi was hurled away and bumped against the brick wall.
“Yelp!”
A painful cry! ☆painful 痛々しい
Big dog grinned at Mugi and took his bone lying on the grass.
Mugi didn’t move his muscle.
“Please―, please―.”
Mugi was looking at Sanae, his master, with sweet eyes and wagging his tail.
“Don’t you get angry even if your lovely dog was bullied by so mean and incredibly cowardly dog?”
☆so mean and incredibly cowardly dog めちゃめちゃ意地が悪くて有り得ないくらい卑劣な犬
“If you want your bone so, just go and take it back by yourself!”
Sanae said without even looking at him.
“But…”
“I won’t help you if my children try to play with you, then!”
Mugi’s tail froze.
Sanae’s children are a bit too naughty, and Mugi and Sanae both knew it.

“No way!!!! I’m going to die!! OK!! I’ll go, my beautiful and kind master!! Thank you, bye bye!!”
Mugi disappeared out of the room.
I was standing infront of the wall of so mean and incredibly cowardly dog’s house’s garden.
I was so afraid and angry.
Huh? How could I find this house? Think, easy, I am a dog.
How to get my bone?
I started to think seriously, as fast as my little brain could.
Well, just creep into the house and run away. Yes, that’s the simplest and the easiest way. ☆creep 忍び込む
But …. But …, but…
Ah, just go! It’s annoying!
I got over the wall and run into a huge garden. ☆huge でっかい
Two stone statues of a horse and a dragon. ☆statue 像
Flower beds with bright flowers.
My brain was being dead.
Where’s my plan? Someone said in my brain.
Creep into the house?
Oh, I don’t care! I kept running, but suddenly, I stopped.
Even my dead brain sensed that my face was turning into pale. ☆pale 蒼白
So mean and incredibly cowardly dog’s coming! （I don’t know his name.）I looked around for somewhere to hide. Oh, no. My brain doesn’t work.

What a relief! ☆relief ほっとする
I was riding on a horse, made of stone.
The way we can see a lot in the cartoon movies.
But, I’m not a human-being. It was so hard to do it for me.
Can you imagine a dog riding on a horse? I was so lucky he could not recognize me!
I was preparing to die when he was passing humming below me.
Let’s hurry to the dog house. The danger has passed.
I walked to the dog house with a step much lighter than before.
Oh, there’s my bone ♡
I looked around quickly and bit my bone… .
“Bow- wow, bow-wow!”
A bark froze me. I dropped my bone.
“Grrr… !”
I didn’t understand.
Mic（so Mean and Incredibly cowardly）dog came out of the dog house.
“That’s my bone, my toy! What are you doing!”
“Stealing my bone from you?”
I said looking down on him. I was angry.
“Give me back or…DIE.”
His eyes shone.
“S～o sca～ry. …Oh… . W, what’s that?”
I stared at behind him in fear.
“What?”
Mic dog turned into a blue face.
At the same time, I started to run. As fast as I could!
…BUT.
When I turned back, he was still…...…in a word, he’s incredibly stupid, too.
Let’s go back home.
I thought, then I noticed that I’ve left my bone.
Oh, my gosh…… sorry for saying that you are stupid.
My legs seemed they were as heavy as elephant’s.
Maybe because of that reason, I couldn’t move when Mic dog appeared in my sight.
I stared at him.
He stared at me.
“Hello. Who are you?”
Finally he smiled and opened his mouth.
“Um…I’m Mugi.”
I said in surprise.
“Mugi…, OK. I’m Hu. What are you doing here? Are you looking for my twin, Mu? ”
A twin!! A twin!! A twin! A twin! A twin. A twin…… ☆twin ふたご
I see, he was the one who passed under the statue.
...a twin? Their characters seem almost opposite. ☆opposite 正反対
I told him everything. From how Mu has took my bone, until now.
Even what my master has said and what that meant.
I completely copied her voice.
Hu said he will scold Mu and get my bone back to me. Yes! ☆scold 叱る
Hu started to walk. I followed behind him.
“What?”
Mu said when we arrived at his doghouse.
He looked at Hu, and then me, with angry eyes.
“You took his bone, right!? Show me!”
Mu hid the bone behind him.
“No, it’s mine! My favourite toy! My only friend! ”
“Your, favourite, toy?”
I couldn’t believe that was my voice.
“Did you think that bone’s not important for me? Why do you think I came here, only for that little bone? It’s not just a toy for me. ”
I felt four eyes staring at me in surprise. ☆stare 見つめる
“My mother was always with this bone. I can still remember she’s smiling, she’s standing in the flower and running for a ball, and playing with this bone. ”
“But it’s mine! Absolutely mine! It’s mine now! ” ☆absolutely どう考えても
Mu started to cry.
“What are you saying! It’s his! ”
“Mine!”
Mu bit the bone.
“Mine!”
I bit the other end of the bone. We were pulling it.
Suddenly, it became dark.
“W…what!?”
I and Hu said at the same time. Mu was freezing.
“That is mine”
a scary voice fell from the dark sky.
I, Hu and Mu looked up with fear.
There was a chicken. Big, scary chicken’s face.
“Ooh, my boone♡ I’ve finally found yoou!”
Chicken’s beak moved as if it was threatening us. ☆beak くちばし
Next minute, there were only three dogs left, opening their mouths like a broken gold fish, staring at the invisible whirling crooked whirl of the air.
Cherry blossoms flew far above in the sky, riding on the breeze too cold for spring.

I think there was a lot of grammer mistakes. I'm sorry.
I wrote it few years ago, when I had a doubt for a borderline of countries. I thought,
"What is border? What is territory?"
people are eating and trees are growing everywhere, and there are no big difference.
In history, there were many people who fought for their territory.
But I wondered if it is really possible for human being, to own, part of the earth.
