This message is to provide an official status update regarding the evolving situation in the United States and to outline precautionary guidance for dependents stationed in Japan.
（本メールは、アメリカ本土における情勢の変化についての公式な状況報告と、日本に駐留する家族の皆様に向けた予防的指針をお伝えするものです。）
Due to the rapidly changing conditions within the continental United States and ongoing federal-level planning activities, the Department of Defense has initiated a review of overseas force posture and dependent presence worldwide.
（アメリカ本土における急速な情勢変化および連邦政府レベルでの計画策定を受け、国防総省は世界各地に展開する部隊配置および家族帯同の在り方について見直しを開始しました。）
At this time, this is not an evacuation order.
（現時点では、これは避難命令ではありません。）
However, as a precautionary measure, dependents are advised to begin preliminary preparations for the possibility of an organized return to the United States at a later date.
（ただし予防的措置として、将来的に計画的なアメリカ本土への帰国が行われる可能性に備え、事前準備を開始するよう推奨します。）
Guidance for Dependents（家族向け指針）
Dependents are requested to take the following actions:
（家族の皆様には、以下の対応をお願いします。）
・Review and ensure validity of all passports and identification documents.
（すべてのパスポートおよび身分証明書の有効期限を確認してください。）
・Prepare essential personal items and records that may be required for travel.
（渡航時に必要となる重要な個人用品や書類を準備してください。）
・Avoid unnecessary travel outside base facilities until further notice.
（追って通知があるまで、基地外への不要不急の移動は控えてください。）
・Monitor official USFJ communication channels for updates.
（在日米軍の公式連絡手段を通じた最新情報を確認してください。）
No immediate action beyond preparation is required at this time.
（現時点では、準備以外の即時行動は必要ありません。）
Base Operations（基地運用状況）
All base services, schools, medical facilities, and housing operations remain functional at this time.
（現時点では、基地内の各種サービス、学校、医療施設、住宅運用は通常通り機能しています。）
Commanders at all installations have been directed to review contingency plans and to ensure the safety and accountability of all personnel and dependents.
（各基地の司令官には、非常時対応計画の見直しおよび全ての隊員・家族の安全確認を徹底するよう指示が出されています。）
Further instructions, if any, will be disseminated through official channels.
（追加の指示がある場合は、公式ルートを通じて通達されます。）
