A Student
A boy named Ryuken was walking home after a long day. The evening sun was setting as he slowly reached his house.
As soon as he opened the door, his father suddenly greeted him with excitement.
Ryuken: “What’s this all about, Dad?”
His father, Shin, looked proud.
Shin: “You’ve been selected for the school academy.”
Ryuken was surprised.
Ryuken: “Is that real?”
Shin: “Yes.”
Ryuken smiled confidently.
Ryuken: “That was easy. I knew I could do it.”
At that moment, Neha, Ryuken’s mother, walked in happily.
Neha: “You really did it, Ryuken! That’s my son.”
His little sister Hina jumped with excitement.
Hina: “That’s my brother!”
Shin looked at Ryuken seriously.
Shin: “Ryuken… I want to see how you survive in that school.”
Ryuken smirked.
Ryuken: “I think you know more about it, Dad… because you’re the principal of that school.”
A few days later, Shin prepared to go to work.
Shin: “I’m going now. Ryuken, I’ll be waiting for you at school.”
Ryuken: “Me too, Dad. I want to see what the school is really like.”
Before leaving, Shin looked at Hina.
Shin: “Hina! Don’t trouble your mom.”
Hina: “Okay, Dad!”
Shin left for work.
A few days later, Ryuken packed his things and prepared to leave for school.
Ryuken: “Bye Mom… I’m going to school.”
Ryuken: “I want to see how strict Dad really is.”
Neha: “Be careful. Your dad is very strict in school.”
Ryuken: “I want to see that myself.”
Ryuken turned to his sister.
Ryuken: “Hina! Don’t trouble Mom.”
Hina laughed.
Hina: “Compared to you, my trouble isn’t even half.”
Ryuken: “Really?!”
Neha: “I support Hina.”
Ryuken: “You too, Mom?!”
Later that night, Ryuken traveled to the academy and finally arrived at the school hostel.
The next morning, he stood in front of the huge school building.
Ryuken looked at it with excitement.
Ryuken:
“So… this is the school I’ve been waiting for.”
