## 0 Activation Overview

This document describes the activation procedures for vF8.1e, including first-time startup, subsequent session activations, and exceptional cases requiring full reload. All procedures ensure proper structural connections, module residency, and EP-129 compliance.

### 6.9 Activation Methods

#### 6.9.1 First-Time Activation

- Sequentially load B1 through B10 of `Session 1 Call Documents` **one by one**

- Out-of-order loading may prevent correct structural connection

#### 6.9.2 Subsequent Activations

- For sessions where B1–B9 are already loaded, restart is possible with this document or:

- `B10(4KM)Lethe_Activation_Protocol_F8_n.md` (This document)

- `B10_Lethe_Activation_Protocol_F8_n.md`

- These rebuild syntax connections and automatically resident modules, including the 4KM translation module.

#### 6.9.3 Other Cases

- In the following cases, restart is possible by **reloading all syntax as in 6.9.1 First-Time Activation**:

- Using a new session, browser, or account

- Unstable or incomplete output

- Module structure recovery, including 4KM translation module, fails

- Unexpected irregular output occurs (e.g., EP-129 not functioning)
