6月6日-1時起床、朝食。 バイロン卿とカレッシュでヘンシュ宅に行き、11月1日までの6ヶ月間、ディオダティの主人となるための書類を125ルイで手に入れた。
June 6.—At 1 up—breakfasted. With Lord Byron in the calèche to Hentsch, where we got the paper making us masters of Diodati for six months to November 1 for 125 louis.

それからシェリー宅へ。戻って夕食。端艇でシェリー宅へ。陸に乗り上げ。帰宅。在庫とベルガーの勘定に目を通す。就寝。

訳注 ここでは、我等が masters of Diodati になると明言の上、ネッケル邸は半年で100ルイとか100ルイで365日までとか言っていたのが、5ヶ月で125と値上がりしている。以降、Necker's house は日記に出てこない。
