Archive. My Almost Fatal Mistakes in My Daily Life №2
In the most ordinary day to day life, I make fatal mistakes. Or rather, almost fatal errors. This has a cumulative effect.
Sometimes these are even fatal habits. Or rather, almost fatal habits. They have a cumulative effect.
For many years I have been pulling these bugs out of myself like porcupine quills. And I see that there is still work to do.
I sit and tilt my head 45 degrees to eat.
Eating lying, reclining, and ... sitting are quite dangerous.
This is dangerous because, under the influence of gravity, the pieces of food continue to move down themselves, towards the lungs.
What's the best way to eat?
Sit on the floor. Place a plate in front of you. Lean over the plate, almost touching it with your head. Enjoy your meal!
Or there is an option on two chairs of the same height. On one there is a plate, on the other I am sitting.
Or I'm sitting on the couch, the plate on the table is the same height as the couch.
Or I am sitting on the couch with a plate in my hands. The head is tilted towards the plate. Caution! Requires training.
"What if I'm in a restaurant?" the skeptic will exclaim.
Nobody will condemn the low inclination to the plate. It is much funnier to eat while sitting "like a crowbar swallowed."
Immediately after eating - rinsing the mouth and throat with careful coughing up of food particles trapped in the throat.
You will be surprised what ordinary yellow peas can do! And the carrot! Any solid vegetable! Nuts!
Watch for food debris in your throat.
And when you sit for a long time with food in a restaurant or near the TV, it is better to go to rinse several times.

I was always afraid in public to "Look like an idiot"
But once there was a case with me.
Further, the continuation of the story is planned.

I avoid drafts, that is, piercing air
And especially in the room. On the street, for some reason it is not so scary. Perhaps this comes from the depths of centuries, when we lived in caves.

In childhood, when I was "steaming", for example, after physical education, I went out into the street, opening the gate, exposing my neck and chest.
And as a result, I got cold.
Knowing this, now I, on the contrary, wrap myself up and tolerate a little until the body recovers. Because then I will briefly chill paradoxically and begin to freeze. Especially if the air in the room is cool.

Do I have discrete perception? When a person is perceived as a ready-made static "object" not prone to change. And so "discretely" every time.
