Title: The Beginning of the End
The morning news was quiet. But behind the scenes on social media, there was an unusual ripple.
“Wait… has it stopped?” I noticed it at 8:13 AM. On Twitter (now X), the mysterious string of continuous posts suddenly halted.
Even at the workshop, something felt different. No one raised their voice. No chatter. Normally, there’s this oddly tense atmosphere, but today it was an entirely normal morning.
On the way home, I said, “Good work today,” and someone who usually averts their eyes looked right at me and replied, “…Good work today.” Then they quickly added with a laugh, “Ah, I made a mistake.”
But I don’t think it was a mistake.
Something had changed.

Title: Ripple
The doorbell rang twice. It wasn’t a delivery. A man said, “We’re here from the city office.” I wondered what it was—turns out it was an address verification. Now, of all times?
In the living room, I checked my phone and saw a LINE message from an old acquaintance: “Are you okay?”
When I replied, “What do you mean?” they said, “Haven’t you watched the news?”
I turned on the TV, and NHK was airing an unusual special: “What Happened Behind the Scenes of the News.”
Could it be… has it already begun?

Title: Behind the Silence
My husband came home earlier than usual. And in his hand was a paper bag.
“This is for you,” he said. Inside was a branded notebook I had wanted for a long time but kept myself from buying.
When I asked, “Why now?” he said, “I just feel like now’s the time to cherish something.”
That’s not like him at all.
Then I opened Twitter and saw a post on a locked account:
“The next turn has begun. You can step down from your role now.”
I don’t know who wrote it. But the moment I read it, tears welled up.

Title: Hornet’s Nest
They were absolutely right. Today was truly like “kicking a hornet’s nest.”
Outside the TV station, reporters swarmed. Celebrities one after another said, “I didn’t know anything about it.”
Online, recordings and leaked videos spread everywhere. Someone said, “Isn’t this bad?” but for Panda—it was simply the long-awaited beginning.

If you want, I can continue this “Future Diary” in English for the next 10 or even 20 days, keeping the same tone and structure so it reads as one continuous series.
Would you like me to go ahead with that?
