① January 1, 2009 – “Happy New Year”
Happy New Year.
Since my cold hasn’t fully cleared up, I skipped the shrine visit.
Wishing you a good year.

② February 5, 2009 – “Oops”
Before I knew it, it’s already February. Went to Tokyo with the family to see Cirque du Soleil’s Corteo.
I wanted to go to Disneyland, but since Corteo isn’t a permanent show, we prioritized that.
The Shiki Theatre Company was also an option, but I was torn between Cats and The Lion King.
Since I’d already seen The Lion King back when I was single, I hesitated, but thought the kids in kindergarten would probably enjoy that one more.
It would be my younger child’s first theatre experience—half excited, half worried about how they’d react.

③ February 13, 2009 – “Corteo”
Saw Corteo. My younger child (2 years old) acted up for about three minutes, but watched seriously during the second half.
Someone sitting in front of us complained, but my older child (4 years old) was completely absorbed in the show.
Unlike Disney on Ice, the audience was mostly adults.
The next performance will be in two years. By then, my son will be 4, but whether he’ll be able to sit quietly is still a mystery.

Shocked by the news that cow urine drink will be sold commercially.
Commented sarcastically: “They should just use the components, not the urine itself.”

It started snowing—so cold! Brrr.

A soft-drink with a “thick texture” looks tasty.
Kind of curious about that product.

Result: 200% positive! Like an alien!
But I thought, “I’m not actually that positive.”

⑧ March 27, 2009 – “What Kind of Cat Are You?” Four Pillars of Destiny Result
Turns out I’m a “Marane-ko” (patient cat).
Apparently the type with strong inner resolve who endures while holding onto something.

Reacted to news about Ayu in a pure white bikini.
Commented that although her abs aren’t toned, she’s still cute.

⑩ April 14, 2009 – “Red Cliff (Repost)”
Took a fortune-telling quiz and got “Zhou Yu.”
Was a bit happy. Thought I’d get Kongming (Zhuge Liang), so it was a surprise.

That’s as far as I managed to get. After that—continuous errors!!
I’m pretty sure it’s due to interference from “Yarase” (scripted manipulation).
