Archive. Fatal mistakes in the most common everyday life

作者: Sergiy Popov

In the most ordinary day to day life, I make fatal mistakes. Or rather, almost fatal errors. This has a cumulative effect.

Sometimes these are even fatal habits. Or rather, almost fatal habits. They have a cumulative effect.

For many years I have been pulling these bugs out of myself like porcupine quills. And I see that there is still work to do.

Improper use of a handkerchief

Do not close your nostrils. That is, do not press your fingers on the wings of the nose, blocking the nasal passages. This mistake can be made by delicate people. To mute the sound ...

What is the fatality? Intracranial pressure rises. While young, these are headaches. Moreover, the person does not understand what the matter is. Goes to the doctor. The doctor diagnoses high blood pressure. The reason is unknown. The doctor told me personally That it is from smoking. Treatment may begin with unknown consequences. Etc.

Self-complacency. "I have nothing to do with this ..."

You can always do something! At least a little. If you don't, it leaves a stain on your conscience due to indifference to yourself, irritation, etc.

I gave my seat to two ladies on the bus (I was with my luggage and took two seats).

But first I sat and tried to persuade my conscience.

"I have nothing to do with this" ...

“I can't stand on this bus,” I admonished myself.

"The driver has no right to load the bus like that!" --I tried to shift the blame onto someone else.

As a result, I got up ...

As a result, I blocked the aisle with my luggage (the seats were in front), and people, making their way down the aisle of the bus, created inconvenience to the passenger sitting opposite me (across the aisle). He muttered to me : “You'd better be sitting! ..”

It was rude, but I didn't feel negative about him. Then he figured it out --he regretted that he had done nothing for these ladies. It was not anger at me, it was a torment of conscience.oregulation

As a child, I did not understand the connection between hypothermia and subsequent colds.

Over time, I noticed leaps in thermoregulation.

1. After meals and during meals. Especially if I eat / drink something hot. The body sweats a lot and it seems that the room is hot. Then it goes away.

2. After a shower.

3. After physical exertion.

It would seem that I am talking about famous things. But I know people for whom this is not obvious. The person believes that the room is stuffy, does not associate it with food or a shower.

And physical activity is rarely associated with attacks of suffocation and sweating. I once trained in a gym with good ventilation, but people in the winter opened the windows in this gym, literally freezing the room, because they felt stuffy.

Reading books with the personification of yourself in the image of the main characters

For example, "I am d'Artagnan".

A person may seek to feed friends at someone else's expense. Let's remember the book.

May sleep longer because he needs to get enough sleep to be ready for new adventures.

May skip shaving: “This is not the point now! After all, tomorrow - on a horse! "

Can lend money and not give it back. Well, "All for one!" Or how is it in the book?

Narrowing of the nasal passages

I noticed that when breathing I constrict the nasal passages. Perhaps this habit came from stressful situations where he held his breath. This habit may have arisen from unpleasant odors or cold frosty air.

With practice, you can gradually learn to widen these passages. You can start by flaring your nostrils.

"I have nothing to do with this ..."

You can always do something! At least a little. If you don't, it leaves a stain on your conscience due to indifference to yourself, irritation, etc.

Determination of food quality

I have not taken the time to determine the quality of food before eating before. In vain! A couple of times it almost ended fatally.

Here's what I've developed over the years.

1. To inhale (several times) by the nose the air near the product (they say "smell", but this may not fully reflect the mechanism of the process).

Observe how volatile substances (released into the air from the product) are absorbed from the air into the nasal mucosa.

And also in the mucous membrane of the throat - this is how it goes. For aces of sensitivity, you can try to track how these substances are absorbed into the lungs and how these substances, being absorbed into the blood and reaching the liver, cause the liver to react.

Feel the taste (in the mouth, on the tongue) of the substances absorbed from the drawn air. Analyze the sensation in the throat, lungs. Monitor the liver's reaction to taste in the mouth.

For example, on the tongue it is "bitter", in the throat "itching", in the lungs "squeezes" (speaks of a slight spasm of blood vessels) the liver slightly enlarged (according to sensations) or tensed. Conclusion - most likely, if you taste this product, there will be a similar picture. And why try then?

That is, the product is most likely dangerous.

2. If it didn't work out. Take the product between your fingers, grind. Listen to the sensations. This time to the tactile. It is clear that "listening" to the sensations does not reflect the picture. You need to feel it. And do not convince yourself: "I don't feel anything!" Did you pet the cat? Rabbit, hamster? So what? Feel nothing? Well, now they again took the product, rubbed it between the fingers, as if "stroking". Again listened (felt).

3. Taste better when you are confident enough in quality.

It is useful to get acquainted with the wine tasting method here. And apply it to any product. Yes, exactly - to anyone! It is clear with the proviso, so as not to literally follow the instructions (do not stick halva in a glass, do not roll hot in your mouth, etc.) But the taster's method of "warming with your warmth" is quite curious. You can go back to step 2 and try this method.

3. "Vaccination" technique

Strengthens. What strengthens? Well, something ...

After you have sniffed the unusable product, for some time the sensations of "muddiness" will persist, as in case of mild poisoning (it may persist for several hours). That is, some substances got into the body! But it will be a good training for the body, if in small volumes. You should not get carried away with this, but on occasion it will be nice: firstly, the experience of determining the quality of the product by smell. Secondly, it is possible (but only possible!) In this way the body's counteracting forces are strengthened (here we need a reservation that there is some kind of generalization, a search for analogies with the concept of "Vaccination" - a technique when the body is offered to experience adversity in a mild form).

In the toilet

Don't sulk!

Do not strain my neck muscles!

Do not strain my facial muscles!

Don't squint!

The habit of "staring"

The Sliding Gaze Technique helps.

A quick glance at an object is to take away. Several times until the subject is visible to peripheral vision.

Of course, this vision is weaker than a concentrated gaze. But this teaches us to "stare".

Stream "base desires"

Approximate levels of desires as perception is refined.

Intolerable, exciting, inspiring.

For example, the desire to eat.

1. Intolerable desire to eat, requiring immediate gratification.

2. "Drooling".

3. Taste for food.

I analyze other desires into such triplets. Up to such as "learn to drive a car", "own a car", "fix a car". The more "more detailed" the desire, the easier it is to work.

It is obvious that now you can move up the levels, harmonizing your desires.

Lack of control over emotions

The people around me suffer from my emotions. Maybe it's better not to let them into this business?

Emotion control technique (one of ...)

According to my observations, for the manifestation of emotions, the secret of the glands is first of all allocated.

That is, before showing emotion, I do quite traceable muscular efforts (understandably, not on purpose) and squeeze something out of ..., for example, from the pancreas. This "something" enters the duodenum, where it must mix with liver / gallbladder emissions. This is common in the digestion process. Indeed, the muscles around the liver tighten. But what should they squeeze out? This refers to the ratio of bile from the liver to the gallbladder. Percentage.

The liver is waiting for the command. Where from? Most likely, she is interested in the composition of saliva, which is secreted according to the composition of the food. Well, if there is a carrot, then you need 30/70.

But there is no food. Therefore, I replace food with words (appropriate emotions), fluctuations in speech activate the salivary glands, the liver in action. The cocktail of secretions is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream and transported to other glands.

And the corresponding emotion overtakes me.

Hence the technique for controlling emotions. Instead of swearing, you can say "Fried potatoes" and the body will switch to digestion.

There are no emotions.
