A story of a worker : who died and and become a ghost part 4
I lied to the guildmaster on purpose. Because I didn't want to tell anyone about him. I want to keep this matter to myself.
When I contracted with him I got to know his name, life events. When I close my eyes or sleep, the various events that happened in his life flash before my eyes through dreams. His name is Yamato. He was a very good hearted person. Actually this is the reality. Good people don't live long. Bad people live longer. What kind of reality is this....where good people have no value.
If I hadn't lied to the guildmaster he would have asked me about the whole incident. But I didn't want to tell anyone about this incident. So by lying I want to keep the whole incident to myself.
I got into a horse-cart with the intention of going to Pantora. There were many other people in that horse carriage. They looked like ordinary people. They had no weapons.
"Young man, are you also a resident of Pantora?"
Suddenly they started talking to me.
"No I'm not a resident of Pantora. I'm an adventurer. I'm going to travel to Pantora. Are you a resident of Pantora?"
"I see. Yes we are residents of Pantora."
"Can you tell me about pantora? I really want to know about pantora."
"Pantora is not a very big area. But even though the place is not very big, people live here peacefully. There are no fights, thefts and robberies. Everyone lives here safely. This place is naturally beautiful.
The people of this place do agriculture and earn money by selling the crops they produce in the city. All was going well, but after the drought came the topography of the place changed. Due to decrease in water level in the river, crop production stopped. Cracks started to appear in the ground and everyone broke down economically."
"No financial aid came from any outside state?"
"This world is not as easy as it looks from the outside. When our economic condition was good, everyone came to help us, even though we didn't need help. But when our economic condition was bad, we became worthless to them. About this world You still have a lot to learn, as long as you get to know this world. This world is as beautiful as it is terrifying."
I have so much more to learn about this world. I am still ignorant of the knowledge of this world. I want to know more, I want to know about people's hearts and I want to change their hearts. I want to change this world and I want to create a world like mine. Where people will live in peace, there will be no corruption, people will come forward in each other's danger.
I got to know from them that we will reach Pantora in just one hour.
People live by their will. People save the will. Fate drives desire forward. Obstacles on the way forward are a kind of test. Those who can pass this exam are successful.
