Episode 2 Captain Akiyama's puzzle
"Release the combat deployment."
"Take control of Fuyushio to the deputy captain."
Captain Akiyama has understood that Fuyushio escaped the crisis.
And he returns to the captain's room to look back on today's battle.
He thinks, "Why did the enemy let us escape?"
Fuyushio escaping from the battle area at full speed was attacked by a torpedo.
It means the enemy was catching up with Fuyushio.
And Fuyushio that was diving at the limit depth could not fight back.
Nevertheless, the enemy fired a magic torpedo only once and stopped the attack easily.
It is extremely unnatural as a chase fight.
In the first place, it is doubtful whether the enemy really wanted to attack Fuyushio.
Captain Akiyama is a very capable person.
But he can not understand the purpose of the enemy.
Surprisingly, the last torpedo came from the bottom of the Ship.
He thinks, "The enemy was under us."
"There is no other conclusion."
"Is there a submarine capable of normal operation in the deep sea below the depth 4600 ft?"
"Unbelievable..."
It is too far from the military common sense, therefore captain Akiyama can not accept his conclusion.
And he thinks, "Will the headquarters trust my report?"
Fuyushio goes back to Kure port without the captain's anxiety resolved.
