Chapter 3 Start
[MC OUTSIDE THE RUNE]
I still don't understand what DIVYAH said in those last moments either way, we might meet next time. Soo, let's count the things i got from DIVYAH After that i opened a bag that looked like a normal bag but could fit large objects in size with such ease, maybe the space in this bag can expand but how is that even possible is it really easy to manipulate space and time to fit things inside, Oh wait -i am remembering the show i used to watch where a robot had a multidimensional pocket on his stomach. Maybe this bag also follows the same principle. In the bag i found a holographic map. I found some rations for 2-3 days in the bag too. Some useful tools like an axe, a pill(don't know what this is used for tho) and a card on which SKILL was written. After seeing all the things in the bag i opened the map and saw a village right beside the rune in about 3 km East, i thought if there are villages there might be people too and there might be something irregular that i haven't seen after coming to this world . I started the walk towards the Village and came across some fruits scattered in the area, i collected them but didn't eat them because they could be poisonous, I'll take no risk in this Unknown world yet. After picking up the fruits i started going towards the village and reached it in about 2 hours after picking up all the fruits in the forest that i could fit in my bag. After some time, the village was starting to be in my sight and as i entered the village it looked like a normal village from modern age japan with kids playing and old people talking while sitting under a gazebo, it looked like a good village but suddenly when people saw me, even the children, their faces became expressionless and creepy. They didn't say a thing and only stared at me .
i asked people , if i could meet the chief of the Village and they agreed and accompanied me to the Chief's house and left. The chief asked me, who I was and for what work I had to come to a village like that. I told him my circumstances but i didn't tell him that i am not from this world or too much detailed things and rendered some lies in between. The Chief accepted me in the village for the time being but on 1 condition, that was to hunt and gather my own food and that was a reasonable thing. After that, it was time to sleep after eating. That's when i saw an unknown old man with a wrinkled face grab my hand and ask in a polite voice but it was creepy enough to throw chills down the spine. He asked me, “where did you find that fruit?”. I replied, “what fruit are you talking about? He suddenly grabbed my throat and lifted me up saying, hey youngin i might be old but i am not old enough to be easily fooled, now hurry and tell me. WHERE-DID-YOU FIND THIS THING~~~ I responded, Don't you dare act cocky you old bitch while Grabbing his hand to free myself. After that when i opened my eyes i was in a room with only me and chief. That's when the chief asked me,“ how did you obtain the Fruit of Theion?(Theion means divinity in greek) I still didn't know what even was that but remembering the encounter with the Unknown old man i thought he might be talking about the fruit. So, i asked the chief if they were talking about this unique typed fruit [Taking the fruit out of the bag]. He was looking at me as if he witnessed a miracle or saw a naked man running in front of him. I asked the chief about this fruit and in reply he said, “What would a person who is going to die do with this information? I expected this to happen but I still asked him[*in a carefree manner*] about what I had done? He replied with a carefree yet complex look], Wasn't i clear with the thing i said? Well, i think it's fine as you should also hear this as, i will grant this request as your last wish. He later said, to understand the reason, we have to go to a time long ago when this fruit appeared or rather when it was Created.
